Chic Beach House in Downtown Sea Bright!

Great rental for families. Close walking distance to beaches, restaurants, etc. Property was clean, and communication was great with host. Highly recommend!

The property was immaculate and very comfortable. It is bigger than it looks from the outside. The location cannot be beat. We walked to the beach and restaurants. The host was communicative with us and very helpful. There is a nice deck out back too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the holidays at the beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked property (e.g., coffee pot/keurig combo, ceramic cookware). The house is centrally located to beach and restaurants, the space is comfortable for 4 or more people, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and Olivia, the host, was very responsive. There are a few things to be aware of for the next visitor. The first floor was cold while the heat was extremely hot on the second floor. It was unseasonably cold weather (20 degrees) so it’s probably not an issue in summer/spring/fall. The listing should indicate that the second full bathroom is on the first floor and that the roomy shower/sink are in one area, with the toilet in a separate alcove under the stairs. As such, our adult children shared our master bathroom at night. The positive- there are 2 full baths with toilet on both floors. We moved from the area 6 months ago and were happy to have a comfortable “home” for Christmas with our family.

We had a wonderful stay in Sea Bright. Olivia was responsive to all of questions and needs. The place was clean and the location is in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants.

We loved our stay in this quaint little beach town. The home is walking distance to everything and is very lovely. We encountered an issue with the HVAC system upon check-in and they addressed it immediately. We had a chilly first night, but the issue was resolved as quickly as possible without inconveniencing our plans. We took the ferry into Manhatten and the Highlands stop is just a 10 minute drive away. Several charming, high quality eateries right near by. The beds were really comfy, too!

Great location to local pubs, restaurants and beaches. Host has provided all the necessities for either an eat-in or great local spots. beaches.

We had a great stay in this clean and charming beach house for a holiday long weekend. The house location is very convenient, you can walk to restaurants and the beach easily. All rooms are spacious and well decorated with a modern touch. Everything is same as the pictures. The owner Olivia is very responsive and we had a great time in Sea Bright ?!
