Chic Abode, Beautiful & Spacious, Walk to Old Town

The house was spacious, nicely decorated, well-appointed and clean offering plenty of privacy for family members. Great proximity - just minutes to downtown Fort Collins.

Such a beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out. This home is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. This is our second stay here and would definitely come back again!

Nice and clean, as good as shown in the photos on VRBO, No problems what so ever. Well stocked kitchen and all the amenities. Both kinds of coffee available both the K-cup machine and the drip coffee. All were well pleased with the house. Very Excellent and nice neighborhood. Good kitchen with plenty of silverware and pots and pans and ample cooking. I definitely plan on staying again.

I rented this house for a visit to see my daughter who attends CSU. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. However, it had an extreme amount of box elder bugs. There were so many that we didn’t even sleep there. We brought this issue to the property management company. They sent the maintenance crew over to spray. We went back the next day and the bugs were back. It was awful. The property management company didn’t refund our money and misrepresented the property. Please beware when booking this property.

We had 5 adults and a two-year old for our stay and the house was wonderful - lots of room, beautifully appointed. Also, it is very close to parks, museums and old town.

I have stayed in many VRBO’s. I must say that this is one of the best curated homes I’ve stayed in. The kitchen was filled with any supply that you might need for cooking and made our day extremely easy because she also had the basics that got our day off to a good start. All the bathrooms were well supplies All we needed to know was on the guest manual and If we had a question the manager was Easily accessible. Would highly recommend this property for location and comfort.

We had a wonderful time in Fort Collins staying here! It was walking distance to every place we went, and it was set up perfectly for our two families. We appreciated Stacy’s communication and check ins and would love to stay in one of her homes again!

The home is lovely. Modern and clean. Kitchen very well stocked for those who wish to cook a lot. Because we were staying 6 nights, it would have been nice to have lots of extra towels for a long booking. We were surprised that instead of the sofa bed, we had to use an air mattress for guests. I had reserved in March and didn’t know of change til we arrived. The back yard and patio was not used because of the insects. The home is close and convenient to wonderful town of Ft Collins.

This well appointed property was perfect for our family gathering. Everyone had a space and we couldn’t have enjoyed the kitchen more. Highly recommended.
