Chesapeake Bay House with Dock & Private Beach

We celebrated Easter weekend at the property . The house was very clean and accommodated our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone. The sunsets were beautiful and enjoyed on the deck each night. Very much enjoyed our stay on the property.

This house is gorgeous! We had a great time walking around the cute neighborhood and looking out the back to a beautiful view. There's one bedroom right next to the front door, one on the main floor, then the master suite, the bunk bed room, and another bedroom upstairs. The beds were very comfortable, though you may want to bring your own pillow if you like them fluffy. The common living areas were cozy, especially near the fireplace. Our group was able to have spaces to all hang out together as well as find our own spots for some downtime. It was really fun looking at the pictures of the house and the owner's family! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. The spice cabinet had most staples as well. We had a couple minor hiccups, but all of our questions were answered very quickly and everything worked out just fine. We all agreed that we would absolutely stay here again for our next girls' trip! If you like yoga and/or cute towns, I recommend Breathe Yoga in North East. Cute shops and a quaint little town to walk around.

This VRBO experience was a testament to how VRBO experiences should be. Check in was super easy. Communication was timely and superb. One issue arose which was outside of the host's control and it was dealt with quickly and without impact to the stay. Who can ask for more in that situation. This property is beautiful, clean, classy, and the price aligned with the amenities/value. The host could not be more receptive and communicative. We plan on booking again based on this experience and I encourage others not to second guess doing so.

Stayed at this house twice. Once for New Years Eve and once for Friendsgiving. We love the location and the house is always clean and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The location, the house, so many wonderful rooms, the kitchen, the view... it was all wonderful! There were so many different rooms or outdoor spaces to relax with your morning coffee, or end of the day glass of wine. The kitchen was great! It was all wonderful! Thank you!

Fantastic property and a great area for large group trips

Good size house and very clean. The property does have a lot of bugs and flies. Not much crabs if you're looking to crab off the dock. Property is close to supermarket and various restaurants.

We loved this house and had the best time!!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and beautiful home. We loved eating meals in the sun room and playing shuffleboard in the game room. We spent a lot of time kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. The water was a little murky for some of the adults to swim in, but the children still swam in it. The sunsets were amazing every night.

Absolutely love this property! This is my family’s second stay here, we will definitely be coming back. Great hosts, clean house, wonderful location!

My group of friends has stayed at this house twice now, once over NYE and now for a summer long weekend. The house has a great layout for multiple couples to spread out and all have some space. We rented kayaks and were able to have them dropped off prior to check in with permission from the owner.

This was definitely one of the best fun vacations we’ve had in many many years. The location was excellent, you could walk out the back door and write into the river and swim all day. The water was refreshing and clean. We had inner tubes and just floated out there. We came in and made dinner and relaxed with the children, everything we needed was there. We will definitely consider for next year.

Property was in good shape and had plenty of space. Our family loved the beach and the shallow water for the children to play in. Even though we didn’t have perfect weather, we had a wonderful trip.

Everything was great, the space. We would love to stay there again. I would just say the outside furniture was a little dirty but that’s completely understandable with outside wildlife around! But we would absolutely stay there again!

The house appears to have been newly decorated. Kitchen was spacious and had nice appliances. We enjoyed sitting on the large enclosed porch to watch sunsets.

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was amazing. It was big enough for our needs and it afforded us the ability to unwind. We barely turned on the TV. I appreciate the host Mr. Foot was extremely helpful.

The home was amazing. The layout inside and out was very accommodating to our group. Most of our time was spent outside on the dock, at the beach area and yard. Will definitely come another time.

Jeff was quick to answer my questions and was very helpful. The house was clean and great for our group! There are bedrooms on all 3 levels which provided a nice separation in the evenings. Water access was great and provided a beautiful view. I wouldn’t recommend swimming in it due to the murkiness but it was great to dip our feet in! We will certainly consider booking again!

The house and property are even more beautiful than they look on the website. The house was immaculately clean, the layout was great, lots of areas for group gatherings and lots of privacy, too. A great choice for family and friends to gather and have a great time. Owner is always quick to answer questions stay in touch. Awesome experience all around!

We had a great time and loved this house. It was a perfect spot for our extended family vacation week. Sadly we had to cut it short due to a hurricane and incoming flooding but Jeff raised the flag early and kept us updated on the weather conditions. We really appreciated him!

House was clean and decor was tasteful. House was large enough for multiple families to enjoy the space. We loved the ground floor rec area with foosball table and shuffleboard. Awesome view of the water from multiple areas. Close proximity to restaurants and anything you could need. Got a bushel of local crabs which we enjoyed for dinner one night. The sun room area was a great place to watch thunderstorms. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Chesapeake Bay home. This home had ample room for our group of 10 and provided enough room for our family dinners, lounging and game nights. The bedrooms were beautiful and spacious. The owner provided linens and towels. The yard, dock and beach area provided days of fun. We brought our own inflatable raft, kayaks and paddle board which kept our family busy for days.
