Cheerful Studio w/ View, Steps from Dolores Park

Perfect in every way! The space is beautiful, clean and has literally everything you could think of if you happened to forget something. Location could not be better.. you can walk everywhere! Also, Russ is excellent with providing details and communication. You will not be disappointed booking this amazing place. I will for sure be staying again next time I am in the area.

Very comfortable place to stay. The host has thought of everything. Comfy bed, thick and thirsty towels, good shower. Location was very convenient to what I needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Check in and out was super easy. VRBO asked me to rate the winery experience but there wasn’t a winery as part of the property.

Perfect studio for our stay in San Fransisco. Clean, comfortable bed. We enjoyed walking to Delores Park and around the Mission & Castero neighborhoods. Great places to eat and cute shops. Felt safe.

Nice, cozy studio. Great amenities. The view was blocked by trees, but the neighborhood and outtside views were great.

We had such an amazing time in San Francisco. The condo had everything we needed and was as described in the listing, communication was effortless and we even got to check in early! Will stay again!

While small, the place was perfect for my partner and I. Set in a quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance to public transportation. Parking can be tricky, but that's the city.

We chose the perfect spot in an ideal location for our trip. The accommodations were perfect!The peacefulness of the area and the accessibility to the attractions were fantastic!Russ was so helpful, answering questions and providing suggestions. I would highly recommend this location!

Here is a very comfortable studio, efficient with many nice appointments. Located on a quiet block, it is within a short walking distance of the beautiful Dolores Park, as well as many great restaurants. Public transportation also close by. Russ was welcoming and a timely communicator. I enjoyed my week long stay very much and would happily return.

This is a great locale, worked great for us and will grab again! Two blocks from our friends house, one block from Delores Park. Great food options walking distance. Russ, accommodation, could not ask for more! Thank you. Till next time…

We stayed here for two nights. Very quiet street, a super comfy bed and thoughtful touches throughout the studio. Simple walk to the lovely Dolores Park and many great restaurants and cafes, as well as public transpo. Host was very considerate.

We enjoyed the stay. Visiting family, we were only in the unit at night. Excellent bed, tv and location. Host was very accommodating. .

My stay at this studio near Dolores Park was perfect! Russ was a great Communicator, we had no problems finding the place or checking in! The studio was exactly what we needed for a weekend in San Francisco. Russ was always available if we needed anything, and gave us some great recommendations for where to eat! Additionally this studio is centrally located to almost all public transit so we had no issues getting around. Will definitely book again if we are in SF!

i so appreciated the convenience of this location, quickly and easily navigating to my adventures. within the apartment, i had everything i needed. the bed was dreamy comfy, and it was nice to have a proper closet. russ was a terrific host, quickly responding to questions and offering an outline of many recommendations for fun and food. cheers!

I enjoyed my stay in this quiet neighborhood conveniently located to nearby restaurants. The studio was well stocked with toiletries and other items just in case I forgot something at home. Russ communicated with me every step of the way which made check-in a breeze. I plan to return.

Incredible location steps away from the park. Space is clean and bed/linens are very comfortable. So happy to have found an incredible place to stay whenever we are in SF. Host is attentive and responds quickly to messages. 10/10 will stay again!

My friend and I wanted a quick get away to San Francisco, but didn’t want to stay in the heart of the city. This rental, steps away from public transportation and Dolores Park, was perfect! Russ was very accommodating with an early check in and provided us with great recommendations for the area. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. We regularly stay in VRBO rentals when we travel and Russ has been our greatest host! We can’t wait to return to SF and stay here again!
