All the reviews i read prior to our stay here was spot on. The front porch is great! It was very comfortable! The communication was great. I had some prblems getting in when i first arrived that was no fault of mine or the owners but they responded immediately and made sure i got in. There was some cosmetic damage in the bathroom and the floors was a little uneven in spots and did sqeak occasionally and I LOVED IT!! It is a old house. For it being as old as it is, they do an excellent job of keeping up on it! The occasional squeak in the floor reminded me of when i was younger in my grandmas house and it made me feel at home. This house is great if you want to stay somewhere with a home feeling. Its not a good place if you are expecting room service, buttlers or maids! I would definitely stay here again and recomend it to anyone! Thank you for letting me and my family enjoy this home! Annie
Perfect size and location for our family to stay in during our short visit to Columbus over the holiday!
The home is adorable. We loved the front porch and it was an easy short walk to downtown.
This is a super clean and comfortable place to stay near downtown - within walking distance of all kinds of cool stuff. The beds were by far the most comfortable I have ever slept on. There is a bathroom between two of the bedrooms that worked well for my family and then extended family had a nice big bedroom with a huge TV - they used the bathroom down the hall which also worked very well. The neighborhood was nice to walk through in the morning. Great breakfast place nearby. I'd stay here again.
The house worked well for the two of us and would have been comfortable for a few more. I loved walking around the old neighborhood and looking at all the cool old buildings. We would definitely stay there again.
Property needs some work the wall next to shower is crumbling the smoke detectors were gone the floors were uneven there was a square cut in blind in the one bathroom. One of the beds was really to high the front door was really hard to lock from inside.
We enjoyed our stay in this large, one story, well appointed house. It was on a lovely street in close proximity to the visitors' center, restaurants, and everything on the self-guided architectural walking tour; it was nice to park our car and never have to use it. One glitch was that we had difficulty opening the front door on arrival; we were grateful to the property manager who was so responsive and pleasant!
The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable Lovely front porch to sit in the evenings Great little backyard space for our dog We would definitely stay there again.
House fine for a short stay, but the property is way older than portrayed. Floors are loud and unleveled, blinds are broken on spots, tiles are broken and not grouted down along the edges in kitchen, house could use some general upkeep.
