Cheerful Beachouse for your relaxing npleasure.

Property upgraded with new flooring, bathrooms, furnishings, bedding throughout. Easy parking in large driveway, great front deck. Very accommodating host who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

CJ has a nice property that is near the coast and near Rocky Neck State Park. Two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom porch. Decorated in beach themes. Comfortable environment. Driving distance to the beach was about 5 minutes. The house was good for our stay. We were in town for a funeral, and it was a nice central location to visit with friends we haven't seen for years. We did not spend much time at the house, yet it was a good place to store food and BBQ on the deck. TV's in the rooms (did not use), and portable fans too (which we did use during the summer heat). CJ's house met our needs for weekend lodging. No dishwasher, yet large kitchen sink for hand-washing dishes. Broom & dustpan available to sweep up sand & debris. Bedrooms were warm & musty, yet fans & open windows / breeze helped with sleep. Good beach cottage in a residential neighborhood. CJ was quick in responding to communication / questions. Overall a positive stay.

Rented three days to enjoy the beach and surrounding area with family. Was pleased with the house.

The house is lovely and the host was wonderful if we had any questions. Very spacious and comfortable!
