Cozy & Warm Getaway Cottage in Beach Community

I liked how all of the necessities were provided by the owner and more. They had everything from toothpaste to deodorants to fresh coffee beans with a grinder in case you’d like some coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The host was very kind. Thank you.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We especially loved making a fire in the wood-burning stove every evening.

The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to have a small family Thanksgiving. Quiet neighborhood, a 5 minute drive to Rocky Neck State Park. The hosts responded immediately when I was confused about the wifi password (my fault, not theirs.) Would recommend for a small family get-together or a place to celebrate with friends.

The property was incredible, so clean and very accurate to what was described in the listing. Bob and Jill were very helpful and insightful in what to do around the area. If you are looking for something quaint and in a nice and quiet neighborhood very close to beach access, this is your place to be! We enjoyed ourselves and would rent here again, thanks for a fun weekend!

The house was clean. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We like this location in Great Neck. Private beach access. Great place to walk. People are very friendly.

This updated turnkey cottage was extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very attractively decorated. Beds were comfortable and A/C kept us cool. It was a short drive to the private association beach that borders Rocky Neck State Park with easy drop-off and convenient parking.

Communication was great leading up to check-in which went smoothly. The house was clean and the kitchen had appliances, along with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware to use. The location is great- a short drive to the beach which was amazing. It was a quiet neighborhood but just a short drive to restaurants and shopping in Niantic.
