Cheerful 4BR/12BD “Ravishing Ranch”

This property was perfect for our stay. The space and location was amazing. Highly recommended!!

Our stay was nice and enjoyable. Location is close to Walmart and many different restaurants. If we are in the area, this will be our first choice when looking into somewhere to stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house is gorgeous, the check in was super smooth, the owners are amazing, and we had a very good time! This house is a great choice!

The host was very flexible in meeting our needs. There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking and close by stores. Would definitely stay here again!

We thought the owner was AWESOME on responding to anything. Our big issue was the grill...terrible condition.,.super dirty inside, outside and any utencils. Owner did brig a brand new charcoal grill, for 2, super small we had 12 peope. The layout of house super funky, stairs to basement too small, all beds have a plastic covering on mattress, every move we called it SNAP, CRACKLE AND POP.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at this home away from home! I totally recommend anyone to stay here when they visit Dayton. It wasn’t too far from downtown and there were a few stores in the area. The host accommodated everything that I needed and was responsive to all my messages. My children also loved the game room and it had a tv in every room. Very entertaining for children.

This was an excellent property for our group to stay in! The kitchen was well apportioned, and was easy to cook in! Our group loved the game room and also played catch in the backyard! The property manager was extremely responsive and very helpful! We could not have asked for a better experience!

The house very big and clean. Nice for family, can play games together, enough space to eat eat, etc.

A trip for your family or friends this is the perfect spot the manager was very genuine and respectful towards me an my guests, no matter the situation she reached out to us the house was clean everything was already in place once we got there everything worked as she stated in her housing description a perfectly cozy place makes you fill as if your home. I would go back again for another visit
