Cheerful 4-Bedroom with Garage

This home is perfect for a group. We have 7 kids and there was plenty of room. 4 levels of home plus a great deck, and very clean. The garage was a great bonus. The location is easy to get to and in town. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks!!

It was on a busy road that we did not expect. But the property was very nice.

We could of used a skillet and the largest pan we used everyday was warped so it took forever to cook!

Everything was great!

Our group consisted of (5) middle-aged moms. We planned to stay two nights, only stayed one. Very disappointed with the condition of the space. It had NOT been well-cleaned. Dried mud chunks in many places, bits of garbage left throughout the house, fridge not wiped out, an empty vodka bottle behind the table in the living room, a puffy black jacket in the backyard, a low-ball glass outside on the rocks in the front of the house. We cleaned the floors and fridge before trying to settle in. We avoided the vodka bottle and stuff outside because it was so bewildering we didn't know what to do besides inform the owner. A few windows had also been left unlocked prior to our arrival, which wouldn’t have been a big deal had the cops not paid a lengthy visit to the house next door after some kind of disturbance Fri. night. Then, as we were doing our final check for belongings before leaving, we found a camera under one of the beds. This camera contained plenty of evidence of a party held at the house the weekend prior by a group of college(?) kids. We left it for the owners as the listing had clearly stated no parties.” Given all these issues, I figured it best to give the owner a chance to make it right by us before posting a public review. I asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded, and suggested it might also be a nice gesture to refund our second night. He said he gladly would to make up for our hassle. Then, he ghosted me and changed the listing to now say parties are allowed.

Love all the rooms and bathrooms and down stairs entertainment wonderful place to stay

Host was very accommodating we added an extra night at the last minute and requested a late check out. Place was clean and exactly what we needed for the weekend. Nice to have some extra amenities like coffee and kleenex.

This home was beautiful, cozy and spacious. We truly enjoyed the area as well as the game room. We originally complained about the fact that there were no tv’s in the bedrooms but it made us have to spend time with each other which is why we were there. If we are ever in the area, we definitely book this amazing home.

Big enough for the whole family with plenty of extra space.

House was very clean and had all the kitchen amenities that we needed to be comfortable. Check-in was easy. Having a garage for parking was especially appreciated!

Loved the garage and ability to turn around and exit the driveway as 57th Street is very busy. We were traveling with 13 month old twins and werent prepared for 2 sets of stairs. We used the furniture to block the stairs. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. I usually book a stay well room at hotels as i avoid chemical cleaning products. I did not consider this with VRBO. Next time this will be something I confirm with a host prior to booking. The bathtub was a hit!!

This was a really good set up. Loved that we had separate beds. Bathroom situation comfortable for 4-6 people. Nice kitchen setup. Nice kids area down stairs. Note that it is on a major busy street and nice that there is a turn around area to be able to head front out in traffic. Close to grocery and restaurants. Love Sioux Falls, great destination! Clean!

Our family stayed there to attend a family wedding. We were very busy with that so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the beautiful property and all its amenities.

Everything was great. Six stars out of five. Updated clean unit with convenient location and reasonable price for the number of rooms and beds. I highly recommend. We've stayed in some crappy places so this was very refreshing!!

We wanted to find a place centrally located that would accommodate our whole family and this place was perfect. The space was more than adequate to sleep all of us. The property was exactly as advertised, everything was clean and esthetically pleasing. We were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. I've stayed in many other rentals and this was by far the best home I have stayed in. Almost everyone in our party made comments on how great the property was. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this home. It was perfect for our family to stay at while attending a wedding at the Meadow Barn at Country Orchard. Plenty of space for myself, my husband, 2 adult sons and my mother. The home was clean. It was nice to have hand soap and Kleenex in the bathrooms. The use of the garage was nice anda fun bonus with the rec. room.

The home was perfect for our stay during our time in Sioux Falls! The home was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the board games, the basketball game, and the video game machine!

This house was clean, updated and very family friendly. I only wish we had more time to spend there so we could have taken advantage of how nice and peaceful it was. Very good quality for what we paid for it.

Very clean house-it won’t disappoint. 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathroom & a great rec room to play arcade golf or bowling. Also has duel arcade basket ball game & big tv. There's another living room by kitchen to relax & visit. Has attached garage too. Easy communication with the owner. Make sure you turn outside light on at night so you can find it easily.

Easy entry, games for the kids to use, beautiful kitchen table that we could all sit around and eat, very comfortable beds! Very , very nice!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here. We each had our own bedroom. It took only 15 minutes to get to the places we wanted to go to in Sioux Falls.

We had a bunch of friends get together. It was nice to have our own rooms. There was plenty of space. The rec eoom was a great place to hang out and watch TV.

Several friends/co-workers and I were in town for a short retreat/conference. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed for our short stay in Sioux Falls. The house was also conveniently located to the conference location which made for a very quick 5 minute commute each day.
