    Everything we needed was available. Really nice stay. Sam responded to my request for extra bedding immediately. It was so nice to have tea coffee and milk provided. Great location

    Convenient location for access to Hobart CBD and local markets. Quiet location. Accommodation very suitable for our needs. Appreciated the pantry stocks in the well equipped kitchen. Would recommend for couples.

    We enjoyed a lovely stay in this small but well maintained apartment not far from the Hobart CBD. Having a garage space for the car was a treat. The pantry and other household supplies were generous. We made use of the laundry and we had a drying rack for indoors, and made use of the line in the yard on sunny days. It was bright and airy during the better weather and so cosy when the weather turned. We appreciated an air conditioner on the hotter days. It is located very close to the CBD and there were so many cafes, restaurants and services close by, it was easy to walk everywhere. The check-in process was super easy with clear instructions from our host, Sam. In addition, we found the area really quiet.

    This town house was exactly as advertised. It was sunny and comfortable - especially the bed. There was everything you need for a Tassie Escape. The kitchen pantry was well stocked. The location was fantastic. Although we had a car, which was securely parked under, we opted to walk when we could. The local shops less than 5 mins, 15 to the beach and Wrest Point Casino. Salamanca and Constitution Dock was only 30min stroll. I would certainly recommend (and return to) this rental.
