Chattanooga Townhome- New build, Walkable to Southside’s endless amenities

We enjoyed everything about this property. Very convenient to the mountain, stores, and the activities we had planned. I would book this property again for sure. The host was amazing with communication as well. No problems accessing the property at all.

We were very close to where we needed to be. Only slightly disappointing was the lack of coffee shops or restaurants close (walking distance). Rental was extremely clean,, communication with renter was good.

Nice new build. The location is inaccurate in the listing. Not where I thought it would be. Big and spacious unit. Parking on property was a bit tight.

Very clean and we found it very quiet. Short drives to river and other activities in town. Host very responsive.

This was our first time in Chattanooga, and the townhouse was a great place and made it easy to get to many destinations..

The unit was very very clean. Guest bed was super tiny and hard as a rock. No television either which I found odd. My only 2 complaints! The host is amazing to work with! Super accommodating and answers very quick.

Definitely would stay here again. Very clean. My son is going to the lineman school in Trenton,GA which is only 25 miles away. Very convenient for us to drive back and forth.

It’s a nice townhouse near everything. 10 minute drive if not less to everywhere around the city! Good, safe spot!

Immaculately clean. Pleasant. Host very helpful. Very reasonably priced. Sets of stairs to the three levels make it somewhat difficult for elderly travelers. Parking limited and garage not available.

We were in Chattanooga for baseball tournament at Warner Park. This was the perfect location. We were close to the ball fields as well as great places to eat. The owner was so helpful with places to eat and answered any questions we had quickly! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a great time at this property in Chattanooga. The location was great and in close proximity by both walking and driving to everything we wanted to do. Bonus points for the outdoor ping pong table and cornhole!

Loved this place - it was brand new and clean, comfortable beds, and great location in Chattanooga. Fabulous communication with the host. Only downsides were that you can hear all the street noise at night and many stairs up to the living area and more up to the bedrooms (to be expected with a townhouse). Other than that, highly recommend!

We enjiyed ournstay at yourbapartment. Only priblem was stairs . I am not a young oup anymore. I do recommend this place for anyone who doesnt mind stairs!! We loved it. Loved the location.

Full disclosure! We moved from the area last May so we knew this location was the perfect spot for our weekend visit. We have friends who live in the same complex. It was a great townhouse and it is convenient to walk to the Main Street area to eat! We also had an event that was just down the road at Common House, which is also walkable. The house was clean, well stocked, and is in a quiet gated community. When we are back in Chattanooga we will definitely see if this is available!

The property was very nice and as described. The property owner was very pleasant, communicative and responsive. My mom, her friends and I found it to be a great place to stay over our girls' weekend. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample. There were a few minor cleaning issues but the host was very open to feedback and they were not things that would stop me from booking here again. One thing I would make sure to note is there are two full flights of stairs- one from the garage to the main level and one more up to the bedrooms. They could be difficult for some to maneuver. I stay in Chatt a lot and would definitely stay here again!

3 girlfriends stayed the weekend at the condo. Marki, the owner, was very communicative and offered early check-in which is always appreciated. We were all from out of state so unfamiliar with the area. The condo complex is located on a very busy commercial street (car dealerships etc), fortunately the condo is an interior facing building. The walking distance to restaurants/shuttle to the river etc. was terrific and we walked all weekend. The condo looked like the pictures however important to note there are two sets of steep stairs within the condo. We had larger suitcases and it was a work out to get them up the first set only to realize there was a second set to the bedrooms. Also upon arrival we realized there was no electricity in the kitchen area/no internet. We contacted Marki who quickly suggested to try the fuse box. A fuse was tripped so easy to fix, did not happen again during our stay.

This property was located in a part of town that was close to fun things to do. It fit our family of 5 well.

We had a wonderful time and Marki went above and beyond helping with tips on what sights to see and restaurants to go to. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a gated and safe area that was really close to all the attractions. Thank you and we will be back...so much more to do & visit.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. It was in a great location, very comfortable, and safe! We really enjoyed this townhome.

We were in town for a wedding. This property was very close to downtown. Lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Honey seed was one of our favorites! We had a bit of trouble getting the gate to the complex open, but it was not the owners fault, the gate was broken. The property owner went out of their way to provide us a clicker to get in since the guest entry gate was broken. We did find the lock on the garage door (used for entry) to be a little confusing, as the numbers moved around each time you attempted to use the lock. Barring the very minor inconveniences with entry, we had a great stay. The property was clean and had all the necessities. We would definitely come back.

This townhouse was just what we needed for the weekend! Well stocked, clean, and quiet! It was a quick drive to the aquarium area and the restaurants we tried!

This property was clean and walking distance for a lot of downtown restaurants and venues.
