We really enjoyed this property, it accommodated our family nicely and the location was perfect

The house was very clean and had any amenities we needed or wanted. Very nicely furnished. A quiet and central location. Family friendly.

Spacious and clean! This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host was quick to respond to the questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house is very large with 5 bdrms and bathrooms. 3 kitchen areas. 2 of the bedrooms with a separate kitchen and bath over the garage are separate from the main house and great for those in the party that want privacy.There was plenty of cooking and serving utensils and a large table on the main floor. Check in was simple and host was great. Should note that all bedrooms are on the upper floor for those with mobility issues.It's a great place and we definately recommend it.

This is a spacious home with lots of room to be together, or to find a quiet place. Great, large kitchen area. If we came back I might bring a few of my favorite knives and baking

This is a great house, convenient to Chattanooga attractions, but located on a quiet street. It is in easy walking distance of restaurants, ice cream parlor, and coffee shop. Ideal for small family groups to gather with a separate apartment above the garage, and three kitchens. We had an electrical problem with the water heater following a thunderstorm power outage and the owner was right on top of the issue until it was resolved. Highly recommend.

It was perfect for the groom and family, plenty of space. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hosted my bachelorette weekend here and it was amazing! There is plenty of space and Amanda was great to work with. Super easy and good communication. Would highly recommend.

The house was wonderful and very convenient to all activities we did on this trip. In walking distance of several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous holiday weekend. We went to the Tennessee Aquarium, the Enchanted Garden of Lights at Rock City, Warehouse Row, and found the beautiful Coolidge Park Antique Carousel. This house was perfect for all 10 of us and perfectly located.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had so much space for our entire family. I have never seen a house with as much convenience as this one offered. Three cons.. 1 the emergency heat was on when we arrived so it was very hot but it cooled off quickly, 2 the microwave in the main kitchen didn’t work however we used the other kitchens microwave and the host offered to drop off a new one, 3 the alarm systems started going off throughout the entire house at 9:30pm because of low battery so wasn’t able to go right to sleep but the hose was absolutely phenomenal in helping resolve the situation. I would highly recommend this place! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Is in a great location, minutes away from bars, grocery store, tourist attractions, etc. Place was great, slept 15 comfortably, with a few people on the boxing team having to share a bed with someone. Host was easy to reach work with, and was even able to allow us to check out a couple hours later!

We were able to stay at this rental on our way through town. The best part about the house is definitely the location. We were able to walk to several restaurants and it was a quick easy drive to Ruby Falls.
