Sandy is an excellent host who made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood next to great walking areas.

Close to Texas Tech and able to walk to the game. Amenities and host resposiveness were terrific for our visit.

The amenities really stood out! Everything was clean, modern, and well-stocked. It felt like home.

Cozy home, beautifully furnished with great books on the shelves! Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Plenty of space to lounge and share a meal with friends. Nice park across the street. Lovely back yard patio with string lights and a working gas firepit. Loved this home and we plan to come back again!

Came up last minute to visit our child at Texas Tech. This home is a pet friendly home located in Tech Terrace. I highly recommend this home, it's located next to Wagner Park. It is the perfect location, walking distance to the O bar! if you know you know!! Short drive to everywhere. The backyard was perfect. Great space. This might sound crazy But the water pressure was amazing and hot and the AC was so cold. My son said the beds were so comfortable. He slept very late and it was great to not sleep in his dorm room for three nights. I cooked three meals a day for 3 days. So many of the boys came and ate and it was just amazing. Thank you so much for having us and I would book this house again in a heartbeat.

This house was in the perfect location for our trip to Lubbock to move our daughter into Tech. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

It was awesome and very comfortable. We loved corn hole and the park across the street.

Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay here for the wedding of our son. The home was in a great location for a great price, with plenty of room for all of us. An added bonus was the neighborhood park across the street … I was glad to be able to take my early morning walks in such a lovely area. Our host was most gracious and accommodating. We would stay here again!

Sandy was excellent at communicating from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. We had a small hiccup with the lock during our stay, and she responded quickly and got it resolved right away. The house itself was large, spacious, and comfortably fit our entire group.

My cousins twins had a 16th Birthday party in Abernathy.Sandy was very accommodating the day after the party. I asked if it would be OK for some of my family of my family could come to the house so we could kind of relax! Said that would be OK. We enjoyed the concert at Wagner Park and had a great time!Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed the house and location. Perfect while in town for college graduation.

The house was perfect and the backyard space was wonderful!

We had about 35 people to the home on Sunday. We had plenty of room for everyone to mingle about inside and out! The backyard area and the area with the ping pong table were wonderful for the children. Everyone had a great time! 35/35 recommend!

We loved our stay at Blue Topaz! Sandy was very communicative prior to our arrival & during our stay. The home had several extras like chips, a few waters, coffee filters and even poop bags for our dog. These were nice additions to all the amenities this home had including the outdoor sitting space, game area, extra blankets, luggage racks & fans. We loved the location in Tech Terrace and highly recommend this home!

The home was well kept, clean, and roomie. Great communication from property manager. Nice, quiet neighborhood that’s next to a park for family or pets to enjoy. We used the grill, fire pit, and games that were there. Kitchen it stocked with what you would need to cook with and restrooms have complimentary shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and body soaps. Pets have an area for their food and water and bags to help keep back yard clean from pets waste. No garage parking, but enough room in drive way for large suv. Would stay here again.

We traveled to Lubbock to celebrate my son’s birthday. The home had plenty of seating for the 7 of us in the living room. And we enjoyed family games at the dining room table.I really like staying in the Tech Terrace area. It’s convenient to anything you want to do in Lubbock.Grab a coffee at J&B Coffee. It was so good!While we loved a lot of things about our stay, we had some struggles. One of the bathroom doors would not close and we just could not get the temperature comfortable for both upstairs and downstairs.

Excellent house in nice neighborhood! Really enjoyed our stay.

We had our daughters 14th birthday slumber party here! The girls loved the game room and backyard fire pit and also that it was directly across the street from the park. The double beds in the upstairs rooms were perfect for the sleep over! We emote our stay!

Everything you need for your family's visit to TTU -- close to the University and plenty of room to run at the nearby park. Heavy duty Adirondack chairs, grill and firepit made for a magical evening.

We stayed here on our way from Austin to New Mexico and it was great for our family of 6. The park was right across the street, there was a coffee shop a couple of blocks away, and it had plenty of space for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!
