This cozy cabin comfortably accommodates families and groups with:

- 4 bedrooms: 3 queen beds + 1 twin bed
- Double pull-out couch in the lower living room
- 2 full bathrooms (No ensuite)

The layout is ideal for groups:

Two separate living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs)
A bright, walkout garden-level basement with its own TV space—perfect for kids or teens to relax while adults unwind upstairs

You’re perfectly situated within walking distance to everything, especially our beautiful Ambleside beach, one of the nicest beaches in Vancouver. However, if you want mountain hiking as an add-on, it is just a ten-minute drive in the other direction. Add the Grouse Grind to your list of achievements. The location is:

- 3 minutes to Ambleside’s main commercial street (cafés, shops, restaurants)
- 5 minutes to Park Royal Mall for shopping, groceries, and amenities
