Stayed Jul 30, 2025We had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a tournament at Cooperstown Dreams park. It was a quick 10-12 min drive and was so nice to have the space for our family and dog. The house was well equipped, clean and perfect for our stay. During our stay, the host was staying on the property (in basement apt), he was wonderful and helpful, but good to know that that may be the case. Also note, if you are renting as a 5 bedroom (the lock out) is actually upstairs, not down like some may presume. We had an amazing stay and would def consider staying again. It was extra amazing that we could have our pup with us!!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024Stayed the week with baseball family for Cooperstown. Great location close to Dreams Park and town. Beautiful views from the outside deck and plenty of room for 3 families

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We thought the house was perfect for our stay. Perfect location to and from Cooperstown Dreams Park& also to Downtown Cooperstown. I think it should be noted that the owner lives on the property- which is not in the description. I never stay in a VRBO with the owner or property manager on-site . For me it’s a safety issue. But since I was staying there with 2 other adult males- I felt safe. The owner decided to mow the lawn one day while we were there. Which we felt should have been done when we left or before we arrived. Considering he wants you out of the house by 9am. Also I think you should put in the Description that the owner expects you to clean the house before leaving. Sweeping and vacuuming. Which makes me wonder why we pay extra for it. Again the house has lots of room- perfect location perfect for a big family..

Stayed Aug 7, 2023We stayed at this house for our son to play at Dreams park in Cooperstown. It’s a beautiful location and great size house. The house is much more attractive than the pictures show. Robert is a lovely property manager & very friendly & communicative.
