Wonderful atmosphere! Many memories with family. Love this house.

The house and backyard are beautiful. The house gave us this nostalgic beach house feeling but with a mix of modern flare. What is arguably the best part is the views! Some of the sights from the windows and balconies are breathtaking. The backyard is like a scene from a movie. It was relaxing sitting in the water or swinging in the hammock. Check-in was super simple and the homeowner was very kind, friendly, and helpful with any issue. Check-out instructions were super simple also. By the end of the trip, none of us wanted to go back home. It was truly the perfect getaway for us.

We felt like we were at home. The absolute best host and could not have asked for anything better. Going back in October. Have a score to settle with a blue marlin.

The house is beautiful! It was very clean. The beds are amazingly comfortable, best we’ve had (this was one of our biggest 5 star mentions). The view from any of the bay facing decks is amazing. The neighbors were so friendly, the owner is wonderful to talk to… even when you accidentally turn the alarm on ?. If you’d like true “home away from home” experience I’d give this 10/10. You’ll feel like you fit in right away with the atmosphere and the location. The drive to Topsail is minimal and there are so many things to do in the area. We had the most amazing time there, especially catching crabs on chicken wrapped in string (we released them). It’s a wonderful place if you want the experience of the ocean and the bay without the crowds. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with absolutely no noise from neighbors. This is the perfect spot for a family.

Everything about this house was perfect. It was just my husband and I but it was big enough to comfortably fit a few more people. We loved fishing from the dock and watching the sunrise/sunset from the porch. We also saw dolphins! It was very well stocked and had everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. I also loved the little coffee bar. The location was perfect and just a short drive to the beach and restaurants. St Clair was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

We have the best time at St Clair’s vacation home! The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home and the water views were AMAZING. We loved waking up to these views every morning from the big windows. Access to the water was easy and the dock area was spacious and shaded for us all to hang out during the day. St Clair’s hospitality was the icing on the cake. He made sure we all had everything we needed and warmly greeted us when we arrived. We would love to return for another family vacation!
