Charming Washington Park Bungalow

Everything was amazing! The most well stocked and welcoming place we’ve ever rented. It was a perfect place for our large group.

This was a perfect property for our family to celebrate our daughter’s DU graduation weekend. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and they’ve thought of all the little details that make staying here feel like home—extra Tupperware, ziplock bags and aluminum foil for leftover food; paper towels, Keurig coffee (with pods!), and plenty of silverware, plates, bowls and glasses. The many areas of the house make it an ideal gathering space for a group regardless of the weather. That said, Denver treated us to a spectacular weekend, of which we spent the majority out on the inviting fenced-in patio. The home’s location is within easy walking distance of a cute area with shops, restaurants and a coffee shop. There is window a/c in all the bedrooms except the double full room, and the only negative is that the one in the basement King room is VERY loud. All around a perfect spot for our family gathering and we would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

10/10 location! House is super cute, quaint and was a great size for 3 couples and a single. Close to everything and backyard patio was an incredibly fun place to chill.

Brooke is a great host. The house is beautiful and very clean. We were even able to enjoy the back patio in mid January! Everything you need for a big family dinner and stay was there. Brooke even had wine waiting for us. So many great touches! Can’t wait to come back.

The kitchen was fully equipped! Easy to use and up to date appliances!Laundry room was superb and used a lot!We enjoyed the location and the comfortable home away from home!

Loved the house and the neighborhood is darling with a wonderful park nearby. The house is on a busy-ish street (which is disclosed) but it’s a great property and a terrific home base while in Denver! Cute backyard, well furnished, and an all around great experience!

The house was perfect for our family to meet up for an early Thanksgiving celebration. We came from Virginia and met up with 4 of our 5 sons from Salt Lake City, UT, Fresno,CA and Denver and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home.
