Best house we’ve had over the years renting from Down Home. They are great and any issue or questions you may have they look after right away. House is in a perfect location and the neighbours are very friendly. We’ve met quite a few of them.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property clean and well maintained. Pictures were accurate and the lanai was amazing. Watching all the wildlife in the lake. Saw the alligator living there, small one but still fun to watch. Hannah was great and answered all questions and delivered a full BBQ tank when we ran out. Would love to rent this house again. The neighbours introduced themselves and very friendly.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is located ona. Ice property but has limited supplies(dishes, utensils, etc.) The golf cart was poorly maintained and required maintenance during our stay.Management company mislead us on first right of refusal. Disappointed.

The house was spacious and well maintained. It was in a great location. We went swimming, golfing, played shuffleboard, bocce, and pool. We listened to music a few evenings at all three squares - so much fun!

The home we rented is in a great location and was spacious and well laid out. Beautiful view and many places to sit inside and outside The golf cart was a nice touch.

Stayed Sep 2, 2021It was so serene watching the birds over the pond and the bunnies in the garden at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable and the home is in a great location. It’s close enough fit easy access to whatever you want to do, yet far enough away for peace and solitude.
