Charming Villa with Pool, Sea views, BBQ, Verandah amongst the Olive Groves

Wonderful little villa. Simply yet stylishly decorated and supplied with everything you need. Really great location just above the bustling port of Gaios. You can walk down a steep hill into town really easily, which is a real bonus. There are so many lovely restaurants and boutiques in Gaios. And 3 small supermarkets. George one of the owners also runs a boat company which is highly recommended if you want to go for a tour of the island or over to Anti-Paxos. As he’s such great company. Lovely see view from the terrace too. Highly recommended.

Sarah and George were amazing hosts! They provided us with lots of recommendations, and even though George could not take us out on his boat during our visit, he made sure we could go with someone else. However, if you have a chance to go out with George, you should! The place is in a great location, and you can walk to the town below. We rented ATVs and a scooter and it was easy to get around. Very clean and well stocked. We made dinner at the place one night, and it had everything we needed. We will come back!

4 of us (4 adults) loved our 7 night stay at Villa Kiki in July 2023 The villa is well described on the website, although most of the internal fittings have been replaced since the photographs on the VRBO listing. The property is very comfortable, pretty well equipped and well located with far reaching views across the bay above Gaios The villa is an easy 10 minute walk into the the centre of Gaios where there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants. There is a rough path that runs from just outside the villa's main gates down to the road into Gaios. A small torch is useful for late night returns and those who like to wear high heels may want to take a pair of trainers with them to wear for the walk down / up the track Sarah and George, the villa owners, are amazing and on hand via Whats App / phone throughout the stay to help with any queries. Nothing is much to trouble There is a supermarket and a great bakery 10 minute's walk from the villa. We loved Villa Kiki and would highly recommend it for location, facilities and value!

The villa was actually better than in the photographs, Sarah had updated interiors and exteriors since the time we booked. The villa was perfect for a family of four. It was clean, stylish and well equipped with great views of Gaios. Sarah & George were very quick to respond to messages, they were very helpful, meeting us at the port on arrival and responding to any of our needs. I would recommend staying at Villa Kiki on the beautiful island of Paxos.

I stayed at Villa Kiki with my husband and baby. We had a wonderful stay and Villa Kiki was just perfect - it was clean, modern and the outside area and view are incredible. We only wished that we had more family/friends there to share it with! Sarah and her husband George were really helpful and great to deal with. We loved exploring Paxos and can’t wait to come back!
