Stayed Jun 26, 2025The house is in a great location. It was very clean and as described. The ac was nice! The beds were comfy but at least one queen or king size bed would be nice.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Nice house to just relax with family. Neighborhood is quiet, yet very close to restaurants, grocery and gas station. Only minutes from Narragansett beach and Jamestown. Owner was very good at making himself available, replied to messages very quickly too.I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. Jason was so accommodating with us and very responsive. The home was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the location that allowed us to visit many Rhode Island staples without long drives. The home felt very comfortable and the central AC/ laundry room was a plus. We will definitely book again whenever we visit.

Stayed Jul 1, 2024Jason was wonderful with his communication. The house was perfect for our week long visit, awesome having 2 bathrooms and enough space for everyone to have their own room. There were a couple essentials we had to pick up on our own but otherwise comfortable and relaxing stay. Great place to unwind after a busy day of the beach and other activities! Will plan to stay again

Stayed Aug 15, 2018Very relaxed family vacation, thanks to owner Jason! You receive an email with all your details to get in the house, connect to Wi-Fi and even know when to take the trash out. We enjoyed the large deck and huge grill immensely. The house is in a perfect location for everything you do on vacation from going to a beach, park, shop or get ice cream. We couldn't believe the conveniences we had nearby for the cost of the rental. Yes, the house is older and still needs some updating but we were very happy and relaxed the enitre time. The house has one TV but plenty of channels. The downstairs section still needs some work with uncovering the AC vents and maybe relocation the washer and dryer. But we thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return for another multi-family reunion.
