Just under a mile from Margaritaville Resort, you’ll have easy access to dining, entertainment, and resort amenities like the Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore Lake of the Ozarks State Park for hiking and fresh-air activities. The community also offers golf courses, outdoor pools, mini-golf, and horseback riding.

Please note the HOA enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and has restrictions on trailer parking. Community parking for one vehicle is available, making it easy to reach local attractions such as the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace and nearby water parks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
