37 Poetessa is not just a holiday rental house, it is our family home that we rent out when we are not using it. This means that it is better equipped and more comfortable than most rentals. The house sits in a lovely area of Soller called L'horta, only about a 10 minute walk to the centre of Soller.

Our thoughtfully decorated traditional town house is built on 3 levels and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with large dining table, laundry area, spacious entrada,downstairs and upstairs living room, terrace and garden pool area with 4 sun loungers, comfortable seating and a gas BBQ. Free wifi is included.

The property is surprisingly big with lots of places for people to sit and relax. On the first floor, there is a living room with a balcony that overlooks the garden. It usually has a beautiful breeze rolling through keeping things cool. On the ground floor we have a winter sitting room which is a much cooler place to hang out when the sun is strong in the summer and is snug in winter, with a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The house is centrally heated making it a perfect getaway year round.

Outside there is a beautiful terrace (with BBQ) surrounded by plants where most people spend most of their time or of course in the beautiful salt water pool.

There is plenty of walking and cycling in the area and the house is the perfect base for those who enjoy the outdoors and want to explore the area by bike or on foot.

The house has stairs across the 3 levels, and to the open pool area and as such is not suitable for young children, we do not accept bookings with children under the age of 7.

    We had a great stay the townhouse. We were greeted by Lee to show us round which was appreciated. The pool area was our favourite space and we loved spending time in the peaceful surroundings. The house has air con in the bedrooms but the other areas stayed cool even though it was so hot. The location of house is a good 15 min walk to town which was fine for us. We used the bus to get into the Port as taxis were expensive. Lee helped us out a lot and we really appreciated her support.

    Very nice property with a 15 min.walk to the center of Soller. The manager of the property was very easy to contact and very helpful if questions.

    This is a lovely, cared for traditional villa with all of the modern conveniences. It was a welcome great weather break from London! There are some high quality restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very close to the beach and more good restaurants at Port de Sóller. Only thing in short supply was on street parking! Lee was very friendly and welcoming.

    It’s a lovely house with a gorgeous garden and pool. It’s easy to walk to the main square and also to the Port. The tram stop is really nearby as is the excellent Agromart

    We cannot recommend this place enough. Firstly Lee was an absolutely excellent host, extremely helpful at suggesting local spots and activities as well as leaving lovely personal touches to the house for our stay. The house is so beautiful and has absolutely everything you could look for and need when you’re on holiday. It’s a great location within walking distance to both Soller town and the Port. We loved the location of this part of the island, it was stunning with fab tapas restaurants and lovely little streets to wander around. We cannot wait to return again soon!

    - Good manager (thank you very much Lee!) - lovely house with a relaxed feel and design - beautiful floors giving the place a special feel - cosy pool and terrace area which seems to be looked after by a capable gardener - untouristy area with fantastic bakery, a small supermarket and a nice fine food shop (Agromart) - gorgeous mountain views from both sides of the townhouse - one of the better areas of Soller if you want to use your car occasionally with good chances of finding a parking spot - great location if you fancy hilly cycling trips with outstanding views as the house is ideally placed to bring you to the MA-10 north and south bound - the local coll de Soller is the nicest coll of the island

    This property was exceptional, the outdoor space was beautiful and every thing was catered for, I really cant fault it. From the moment you walked in the door it was wow. The decor was stunning and impeccably clean throughout. I would visit again in a heartbeat.
