Enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful views at this charming townhouse by the sea. Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, Wrightsville Winds is conveniently located to the beach, local restaurants and unique shops.

The main floor has a spacious kitchen, half bath and large open concept living and dining area. The deck off the living area has plenty of seating to help relax and unwind while listening to the waves crash nearby. You'll love cooking up a fresh meal in the fully stocked kitchen after a long day on the beach! Seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar makes this a great spot to catch up on the day's adventures.

The second-level offers a Queen bedroom with shared access to the hall bathroom, a laundry closet with washer and dryer, and the bunk bedroom with private bathroom and access to the second level deck. The bunk bedroom has two custom built in bunks that are twin over full sized beds.

Upstairs, the top-level features a Master suite with King bed, private bathroom, and access to another private deck with ocean views.

Beach accessories are stored in the closet in the car port and an outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a fun filled day in the sun and the sand. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles (depending on the size).

Parking instructions:
Parking for 8B is under and in front of Unit. 4-5 vehicles depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.

**Please note:  All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**

No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

    Great location, one minute walk to the beach, easily walkable to lots of shops and restaurants including coffee shops, pizza, ice cream. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Decks on every level but the one on the main level was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Management was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the housekeeping team did a quick run through of the place - sand and dirt everywhere. We cleaned up ourselves. The photographs do not show the space as it exists today - this place has taken a beating. Overall, it feel like a cheap grungy place. I can’t express enough how gross the rugs and upholstery are - we felt gross sitting at the dining table with our feet on the rug (we wore shoes the whole time) and especially grimy on the sofa/ottoman. All of which we found bugs and other gross things not to be named. The neighboring units have definitely seen some improvements, at least on the exterior. This unit appears to have rotting wood joists compared to the other units. The spray nozzle for washing off in the back is old and creates a mess. The yard was overgrown and perfect for harboring critters. The upstairs bedroom closet has black mold on the ceiling. The upstairs bathroom shower plumbing is rinky dink - good luck. It’s a wonderful location, it’s too bad the property management team / owner aren’t keeping the place up to snuff. We will not stay here again. A positive, the appliances are new and nice. Someone mentions the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. This could be true if you are okay cooking on grungy old cookware. We were not.

    Had a wonderful time! When we weren’t on the beach - less than 1/2 a block away or dining/walking in town - 2 blocks away, we were so comfortable in the living space, decks, and bedrooms. Everyone had their own space and could all gather in multiple eating/hanging out spaces. Also cooked at home more than we planned on because the kitchen was so well-equipped and user friendly. Had a few initial maintenance issues, but Joe responded immediately and was super helpful and friendly! Would love to stay at this property again!

    We chose this property for its closeness to the beach and to restaurants. You could walk for coffee, grocery items and meals. The kitchen was well equipped too. You were steps away from running out and catching the sunrise. The weather was not perfect for sitting on the beach, but we were able to sit on the porch and enjoy the breeze and sound of the waves. Although we didn’t use the beach chairs but once, the beach equipment closet had everything one would need. An open closet at bottom of the steps when you walked in was great for coats, shoes, dog leash etc. There are two fights of steps to the bedrooms. One of us was turning 88, and it may have been more of a challenge at times. Other than that, I wish we could have stayed longer.

    Sea Scape was perfect for our family of 6! Our son had his own bedroom and bath while our girls LOVED the bunkbed room with their own bath. First time ever they didn't argue over who gets what bed! Sadly it was quite rainy most the weekend, but the sun popped out just in time for our campus tour Monday, which all 3 of our high-schoolers LOVED! Hopefully at least one chooses UNCW. ?
