Charming townhome with ocean views, pool, patio

The home was great but the management company was not good. Supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel were empty or not available. Don’t expect an early checkin via Vacasa although they make you think it will be available. It won’t happen. The Vacasa personell at the property were smug and non-accomad

The house was clean and very comfortable. We had 7 people, including 4 teenage boys, and we had plenty of space and facilities for all. Wonderful views and the location is great. Having access to the golf cart was very helpful and fun. The resort property is beautiful and has great amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect! 3 families (6 adults, 4 children). Had all of the amenities. We had heard we had to bring toiletries and kitchen supplies but that was all provided. The house felt new and was so clean. The included golf cart was such a bonus! Wish there were activities for the kids. The swing park was in front of us and that was nice. One night several neighbors/kids came when we were out and we did bubbles and had outside activities.

The house and amenities were perfect for our family!

Coco Loco was perfect for our family getaway with six adults and five children 10 and under. The included golf cart and gas grill was a great perk. As well as the boogie boards. There was even a nice wagon filled with beach toys which we did not use. The kitchen had plenty of pots, bakeware, table settings for 16. Basically just need to bring any food and spices you need to prepare meals. House is very close to the boardwalk which makes for an easy walk to the beach. If available, we will definitely rent this house again.

Fabulous beach house!

Home and all the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. There are multiple pools on property and one has a swim up bar where you can order food and drinks. They also deliver food to the beach area from the restaurants in the complex. We ran low on propane one day and a new tank was delivered within a couple hours. Overall the house, staff, restaurants and area were above my expectations. Will be back soon!

The location is great. The boardwalk is extremely convenient and will fit 2 golf carts. as well-maintained and constructed well WiFi available, Keurig in the kitchen. Nice appliances we had some issues with cleanliness, tiles, blankets, sheets, and the couch covers were dirty but I reported it and Vacasa handled it quickly. Just expected a bit more with such a prestigious community.

Great location within the resort for a beautiful home. It is tastefully decorated and outfitted. We really appreciated the plentiful bath and beach towels! Very cool that there were magnetiles in the bunk room. We really enjoyed the floor plan and bedroom layouts for 3 families (6 adults, 8 kids). The kitchen is well stocked with regards to dishes, flatware, glassware, pans, and pots. The local Vacasa team was nice and provided toilet paper when we requested in person, but when we contacted the Vacasa team on the text stream we were informed that we were supposed to provide most of our own toilet paper, as well as other consumables. As a group who really planned out the trip, and did bring all of our own stuff down to paper towels and large trash bags, we were surprised to hear that the same would apply to the most basic need. This Vacasa policy seems a bit off for a luxury vacation rental. I also don’t think it was well communicated. We literally brought all consumables except for extra dishwasher tablets and toilet paper as we thought these basics would be provided in a quantity to suit the number of occupants and duration of stay. The fitness center is adequate, appreciate the very nice equipment, but it’s a bit cramped.

Great accomodations. Convenient to the beach and the pools. Good restaurant. Would definitely rent again.

We absolutely loved our stay and we definitely want to rent it again! It is so nicely done and included everything that you need. Can’t recommend it enough.

Sooo many things to love! And it’s really close to the walk way to the beach! Definitely recommend and definitely be back!!!!
