Charming Tech Terrace Bungalow~Walk to JB Coffee, Campus & Dog Park!

Great house and location for a campus visit! The house had everything we needed and really comfortable beds. Fun to be able to walk J & B coffee and Capitol Pizza!

We have Doberman's and they are our babies. We were allowed to bring them to Lubbock. Most people put a 50lb limit. Honestly it doesn't make sense because our large dogs are very well trained. We never leave a mess. We bring their beds so they feel at home. Thank you so much for having us in your home. We would stay here again.

Great place. Nice and clean. Perfect for a quick over night. We will definitely keep you on our list of places to stay.

Enjoyed our stay, even tho Lubbock was an icebox all week. The living room was great, as was the bedroom. Both large and bright, very comfortable. Huge yard but covered in snow, oh well. One suggestion - have a snow shovel available for these rare situations, the porches and walkways were treacherous!

The beds are comfy and the location next to J&B and Capital Pizza is perfect!

The location is great. The house was clean and the decor very cute. The beds are super comfortable.Love that they allow pets.

Everything was great! Just a quick one night trip but it was a nice place! If I were to do another quick trip with only a few of my family members again then I would stay there. Host was amazing and super quick to respond to a question I had prior to arrival and when I sent off a message that we were leaving.

The host provided a timely welcome message with information about the rental for our stay. The place was comfortable and worked perfect for our one night stay. Would rent again.

Thank you for keeping the yard secure and weed free for the low rise pups! Lots of cats in the neighborhood go in yard and poop so be careful if your dog if prone to trying to eat cat poop. Cute quaint house. Thank you for the desk/vanity in the bedroom to get ready 4

Perfectly as advertised!Very responsive owners, very easy check-in very easy check out.Couldn’t ask for a better location a better stay that suited our family. I looked at all of the reviews before we came and they were all spot on accurate great place. So much so that we’ve booked there for moving in in August!!

House was clean and was nice for our short stay with our pets and our adult son. A photo would have been nice of the backyard and the laundry area as I felt a little mislead by what they actually looked like. Backyard was overgrown - but a mowing crew did show up during our stay tend to it. There wasn't a place for hanging clothes in the owner's bedroom which was puzzling.

It is a very nice quiet neighborhood, close to a park. We really enjoyed the house and the backyard for our dogs. Host was very attentive to our questions prior to staying. We would definitely stay here again.

We needed extra room for family and dogs to celebrate Christmas at our family home and this was the perfect choice! Clean, huge yard and all you will need for comfy space to spread out. Great communication with owner and beautiful park to walk the dogs. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect size for 2 and well-appointed home near Texas Tech. The fenced backyard is big, providing a safe running area for the dog. We visit Lubbock often and look forward to staying here again and again!

My husband and I needed a dog friendly house to stay in while we visited our son at Texas Tech for a couple of nights. This house fit the bill. It had a large, fenced backyard for our dog. The beds were comfortable. It was clean and close to campus. It is also in a great neighborhood for walks. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family of 3 and 1 chihuahua l, chose this place for a quick proximity for a TTU campus tour early the next morning. Great location, easy check in, clean space. The temperature was a little hard to regulate, so we did end up sleeping with the space heater on and we didn’t receive check out instructions before we left at 730am so some of the requests were not complete on our part (trash in alley, linens stripped from beds). Overall this was a great stay. Would recommend.

Large fenced in yard for pet. Also close to park- at end of street. Clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed our short stay.
