Located on Pine Needle Road, this charming house could not be more perfect for a fall/football weekend in Oxford. Located just off Highway 7 and down the street from North Lamar Blvd., it is a one minute drive from the intersection of Molly Barr Road and North Lamar Blvd. It is about a five minute drive to the historic Oxford Square and the University of Mississippi campus. This spacious ranch style home has four bedrooms and two and a half baths with hardwood floors and granite counters throughout the house. The kitchen, outdoor patio/grill, and dining area offer everything needed for entertaining. The spacious layout of this home comfortably fits seven people and up to 12 using the two couches and extra space for blow-up mattress in the study.

This rental property has wireless internet, HD TV (including DVR) in living room and master bedroom, a covered patio and grill, garage and plenty of parking for several cars in the circle drive.

The house is about a two minute drive to Lamar Lounge on North Lamar and about a four minute drive to the Mid-Town Shopping Center area which has several restaurant options including: Big Bad Breakfast, Snackbar, Volta, and Handy Andy's. There's also antique shopping, a farmer's market every Saturday (from May through September), and Southern Star Yoga Studio.
