Stayed Jun 15, 2023Cottage is lovely. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this one rose above the rest in terms of responsiveness by owner (Greg) and the amenities. Little things like providing charger cords and Nespresso pods. Outside space is lovely. Spent every morning out there. Proximity to town (5 minute drive) and the beach is great. Beach is two minute walk. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 10, 2022Great location. walking distance to the beach, and minutes away by car to Sag Harbor. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen has everything.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022I don’t have one single complaint about my stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect. The aesthetic and decor was beautiful and the beds… we LOVED them! So comfortable and cozy. The location was 15 mins from everything we did and right around the corner from the beach. Greg was super responsive answering any questions I had. Wonderful is an understatement… we did not want to leave. We’ll def be back !!

Stayed Feb 24, 2022Very clean, great location. Hope to rent it again when the weather is warmer. Communication with the owner/manager was easy and prompt.
