Charming Renovated Historic Home Downtown wParking

Great & convenient location to downtown. Reasonable walk to USNA. Parking on street with permit was readily available. Kitchen and baths were modern in home with historic charm. Megan was very responsive and supportive.

We were very fortunate to find this rental after our first one lost power. Everything was great from the last minute booking to check out.The property is as described. It’s a great location.I can highly recommend staying here!

The space was great with one bedroom separated from the other two. We were traveling with a baby so having a separate space for her portable crib was perfect. The house and linens were clean and comfortable. They do allow pets (we don’t have any) so there was pet hair that is difficult to avoid unless it is a no pet property. There was a nice backyard seating area too. Walkable to the main area downtown and of course USNA!

Immaculate and charming. Easy check in and check out. Parking spot very close. Wonderful location. Walkable to the main areas of interest. Will return when we can! friendly and responsive host. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of amenities. Great for our family of four. Nice patio for warmer weather.

I absolutely loved this property. The home is so charming and welcoming. The bedrooms were very comfortable as were the beds. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Annapolis! I would love to stay here again if in Annapolis again.

Loved the location in the historic district! The house was great and so good to walk in and find banana bread muffins!:) Getting in the house was super easy and the electric fireplace was on to make the house nice and cozy. It was a great stay!

Loved our stay here! The location was ideal to walk to everything we wanted to see. Love the property. It’s historic and charming and felt like a true home away from home. Megan was a responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Also having a dedicated parking spot was a huge perk. We were able to park and not need the car again until we headed home. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely book again if we return to Annapolis.

Great location, clean

This was our first trip to Annapolis and we had a great time. The property was adorable, and had the perfect amount of space for a family with 3 teenagers. Parking was convenient and then we easily walked all over Annapolis the rest of the time we were there. The host, Megan,was very responsive by text. I highly recommend doing a tour of the Naval Academy and Dinner Under the Stars on West Street, on a Wednesday evening!

We enjoyed downtown Annapolis very much. Upstairs bathroom had drainage issues. One smoke alarm was not functioning. Plenty of kitchen ware. Beds were very comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience.

My gf and I booked Megan's property for 3 nights. To start, the location of this house is AMAZING! It is tucked into a quite little neighborhood with an beautiful little park with its own waterfront/dock. Make sure you look into the water taxis for a trip across the water to some of the many restaurants, as you can get on the taxi right from this park/dock! The house itself is cozy, spacious, clean and welcoming. You're also just a 5-10 min walk from Main St, so no need to take an uber. The street is very quite and the neighbors are al friendly. I'll absolutely be booking this house again when I visit Annapolis and I highly recommend doing the same for your trip.

This is a great property, authentic charm, superbly appointed kitchen, and good bathrooms for an old home. We didn’t get to use the backyard seating area (too busy) but it looked very nice too. Nice to have dedicated parking spot. You will have a great time exploring the area from this base. Would rent again.

Adorable, comfortable house for our young family in Annapolis!

Stayed with my family in this great house in the heart of Annapolis. It was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and perfect for our family. Enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Adorable property and great location. Washer/dryer is a huge plus and made life much easier. Parking around the corner was easy to find and very convenient. Great stay.

It’s an older house table in livingroom had been chewed and was broken the property was clean however the parking was a nightmare in the snow u had to find the one free parking spot and all the other garages were 25 per day we had 3 vehicles there and it was terrible as far as parking goes. It was in a great location!

Convenient location, within walking distance to everything. My husband and I slept like babies. Beds and bedding were wonderful! Blueberry muffins and coffee supplies were a great touch and much appreciated. Loved our stay and looking forward to visiting again.

Nice older townhome that has been updated. Walking distance to downtown. We spent most of our time at my son's home so did not use kitchen or washer or dryer or really anything much at the house.

When we entered the home my wife immediately said “I could live here”. It’s a beautiful renovation with tons of comfortable space. It was also extremely well stocked. The best part was it’s perfectly located to walk everywhere in Annapolis. It’s a great base for a lovely 3 day stay.

We had a great time at Megan’s property. Communication was excellent and the location was perfect to explore Annapolis on foot- we walked everywhere. Parking was easy to find and convenient enough. The property could be a little cleaner. The rugs on the first floor appeared worn and dirty. One of the quilts had stains on it and there were dust bunnies throughout the second floor. Overall we had a great stay!

The historic row house was beautifully appointed and maintained; the perfect location to explore downtown Annapolis on foot. The waterfront park just down the street was a wonderful surprise to enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Megan the host was easily accessible and went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Be advised this is an 1886 historic home with steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and claw feet tub/showers that can be challenging to get in and out of. Three very mature ladies managed but we were very careful and cautious with our footing.

I love Annapolis and try to stay in town as often as I can. This house was renovated nicely and they did a great job with the decor. And the location was excellent. I didn’t bother with the parking spot that was offered because it seemed too complicated. And too far from the house. I was a little disappointed that the listing description and details of the sleeping arrangements stated that there were two futons in the unit. There were zero futons. There was one king size bed, one queen, size bed, and two small twin beds. Not exactly what I had planned with friends sleeping over while I was in town. But, The beds were very comfortable. Otherwise, The patio outback was awesome and I wish I had more time to use that space. Overall, the house is great and I would definitely rent again. I look forward to my next stay!
