Charming remodeled 4-Bedroom home with fire pit

Perfect size and location for a family ice fishing trip. Cozy and comfortable, all the amenities you would need, and close to lots of dining options.

The place was very roomy and comfy. The home was clean and well maintained.

Loved staying in such a beautiful house. It was perfect for a girls weekend.

House was very clean and as advertised in the listing. The outdoor space was great with a nice fire pit and plenty of seating. Guest beverages of coffee and cocoa were great perks as well as plenty of snacks. really enjoyed our stay and the communications with Carrie were very helpful and super responsive. Highly recommend.

We had party of 6 adults stay here for a family wedding. We stayed a week. This place was perfect! Very spacious- we had plenty of space! Very clean too! We all felt so at home! Lots of nice touches - it has everything you need and more. We had a few questions and got quick responses and Never once felt we were inconveniencing the host. They were so Kind and gracious.Thank you so much! We made some wonderful family memories here.

The place was as described and nicely furnished. Great place to stay to enjoy all that Okoboji and Spirit Lake have to offer.

The home was ideal for 4 couples. Plenty of room to gather and visit and plenty of parking space, too. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck shaded by several big old oak trees. Very clean and well maintained. Having two bathrooms upstairs was appreciated. We will definitely consider renting again on next visit to the area.

Beautiful remodeled home was perfect for our base for touring the area. 4 comfortable bedrooms, all up stairs so not handi-cap accessible but that was not a problem for us. Lovely back yard seating areas and we took advantage of the fire pit. Clean! Carrie very easy to work with in answering any questions. All the little extras left for us was a nice surprise. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent. Was given a big thumbs up from all of us!

It was a great stay!!

This was a perfect house for our girl’s trip to Okoboji! The house was immaculate! The furniture and beds were very comfortably If we had wanted to cook, the kitchen had all new appliances and was well stocked. We were well supplied with towels. Our host left treats and some travel size essentials. There was nothing more we could have asked for. Carrie thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit the area!
