Stayed Oct 13, 2024Full disclosure, we never actually got to stay here. We had been planning our honeymoon to Cape Cod for a YEAR and had this property booked the whole time. Initially had pleasant contact with the owner. Never received arrival instructions, so after we had already flown to Boston and rented a car, I messaged her saying we would be there right around check-in time. Didn’t hear anything, but I’ve stayed at a million home-stays and know arrival is always different and sometimes you get a code or something right at check-in. Drove to the house and it was locked up, no clear entry instructions. Tried calling and messaging her for about an hour until we gave up and called VRBO. They also couldn’t get a hold of her. We ended up having to find a hotel to stay at and then coming home early. We thankfully got a quick refund from VRBO but this completely ruined our honeymoon.

Stayed Oct 6, 2023It was really nice. Clean & neat there was everything we needed. Found somethings at the end, o well. We like to bike ride so location was great.Easy to store bikes. Always enjoy Falmouth restaurants ... Would love to go back! Keep me up dated if rate go's down during any season. The coach dose need to be cleaned.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023Cute cottage with nice yard and outdoor table/chairs for hanging out. Comfortable bed and plenty of sheets, towels and pillows for two people. Short drive to downtown areas of Falmouth and Woods Hole. Good space for two adults.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023The only thing that prevented this, from being a five star review is that the couch needs a shampoo, as well as some of the mats on the floor. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and would likely stay again at the same place.

Stayed Sep 29, 2022Great place in between Woods Hole and Falmouth! Love the area! You could come to relax, walk, read, bike or go out on the town in either place! Home is small but great for 2 people. Marissa has thought of everything to make your stay comfy!
