Charming Pet-Friendly Cottage, Blocks from the Gulf! ~ Beach Service Included ~

Not as advertised. Its in a great neighborhood, but this place is poorly maintained. We arrived to dead roaches. Master ceiling fan broken. Hall bath toilet doesn't flush. Carpets and baseboards are dirty. Rental rates and cleaning fees should reflect the quality of the property, and in this case they do not. Do not recommend.

Clean and had everything we needed

Our second booking at the Charming Sandcastle Cottage did not disappoint. As before, check-in went smoothly, kitchen stocked with basic start ups, as well as extra paper good necessities left behind from prior guest. Super clean, which is #1 on my list, with cleaning supplies available if you feel the need to tidy up. Comfy beds, nice open family room to spread out and enjoy movie or family games. There's a nice patio set if you want to chill outback, as well as propane grill(always good to check the tank before you shop for those steaks and burgers).Very kid and pet friendly home. Jessica, the property manager was amazing. Responded quickly to our txt messages, took care of any issues we experienced, and respected our family time. Looking forward to our next family trip to Miramar and stay at the Sandcastle Cottage!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this cozy little beach house. The location was fabulous. Beach was easy to access. Host is responsive and does a fantastic job keeping home clean and stocked with all of the necessities plus some. We have visited this area for over 15 years and this home is now one of our new favorites. Looking forward to future trips!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was as described, and it was well stocked with everything we needed. Great location and easy walk to beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. It was also nice having beach equipment in the garage. Much more than we used!Thanks for a great week.

We had an incredible time staying at this property. My partner, daughter, friend and dog stayed for a week. Jessica was so helpful with tips and info. The kitchen is literally the best stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I have ever stayed in. And we usually have a love/hate relationship with our trips because mattresses are usually terrible. This master bedroom mattress was soooo comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub in the community were excellent. The area is great. This is hands down one of the best vacation experiences we have had. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves heading back to NW FL.

We decided to come to the beach for the Thanksgiving holiday, our family of four plus fur baby found this gem, we love the Miramar Beach area and Maravilla is our favorite . We absolutely loved the home, it had everything we needed and then some. So close to everything. It's was great, only concern was the a/c, the house never did get below 70, but it was also 100 outside. Was still comfortable. Thanks for everything.

My family had such a great time staying at this property. Like many of the reviews say, the host was very friendly and there are so many generous amenities. The Maravilla resort amenities are not all that... the pool is smaller with no shade and the workout facility is underwhelming. The property, itself is also in need of some updates - fresh paint and better lighting. The location is great and it's so nice to know you will have a spot reserved on the beach. All in all we had a great time!

We had a great stay. The location was great. The house offered everything we needed and was comfy for our family.

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was nice and the owner made sure there were extras available (toothbrushes, Q-Tips, soaps, etc.) in case you forgot something. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Perfect week!!
