Charming Old Town Bungalow w/ FREE Cruiser Bikes

Well managed property. House is a bit older, but well maintained with comfortable ameneties in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cute little place in a fantastic location. Really nice to be able to walk to old town.

Quiet neighborhood and great location close to downtown and trails. We found the property adequate. The kitchen lacked counter space, the bathroom is very very small, the heater exceptionally noisy and the furniture and beds uncomfortable.On the up side, being dog friendly and having a fully fenced backyard were distinct positives. Given the historic nature of the property, it is only fair to conclude that this home is what it is.

Size was ideal for our family of 5, location was great! Easy to get to Old Town and campus without dealing with FoCo traffic. Only “complaint” would be cleanliness. It wasn’t dirty but it could definitely use a good vacuuming (noticed some hair balls and collections of dust on floor). Otherwise 5 stars!

The house fit our needs perfectly for our time in Ft Collins. Location to downtown is great and the neighborhood was great.

Great location, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space, quiet neighborhood. It would be tight for more than 3 or 4 adults, but for the 2 of us it was perfect. The living room only has one couch - otherwise you have to sit at the dining table, so that was a little weird. The bathroom is small, but the water was nice and hot, and the shower had great pressure. It was hot when we visited, so the window air conditioner ran almost non-stop and is noisy, but it kept the main areas cool. We kept the small back bedroom door closed so it may have gotten hot in there. The hammock in the back is more comfortable than it looks (I was skeptical but enjoyed it).

The location was so great, and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We would stay again.

The house itself is very comfortable. 3 bedrooms, beds in master was very comfortable...we only used it.One bathroom, and we knew that, of course, but it is really little. Shower is in tub...fine for younger/agile...it was slippery and hard for older spouse. Kitchen is good. There were no instructions for the washer/dryer combo...and while we got it to work, it was a long hit and miss process. TV works great...streaming. Front steps were difficult for my older spouse...railing would really help. Coffee/cream/sugar were provided which was nice. We had a difficult time...didn't have the address and check in until the day we arrived, and we were driving from out of state...had to call VRBO for assistance, and got the info mid-morning. Loved the location. Near the old town...easy to bike or even walk. Great Farmer's Mkt on Saturday within walking distance. Overall, we had a really nice visit.

This little bungalow was perfect for my family. It was close to everything and the back yard was amazing.

Our group of 4 ladies enjoyed our stay in this cute home. Everything had a cool mid century vibe. Comfy beds, air conditioning, functional kitchen. We spent most of our time enjoying the Fort Collins area, but one night we got take out from Crisp & Green (sp?) and watched a movie on Netflix - very fun trip. The Backyard is inviting and feels private too. Only minor hiccup was the washer/dryer combo - it's not efficient, but eventually got the job done. Also - the shower head is very powerful for sensitive skin, but we figured out you can just push the shower release on the faucet down to adjust. The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. Easy access to downtown, Old Town, Horsetooth. Highly recommend!

The washing machine/dryer was filthy. It’s was so slow, but bought cleaner and ran it and it helped. The window air conditioner was dirty. Vacuumed it and was better

Great place in a quiet neighborhood close to city park and old town. The fenced yard was necessary for us with our dogs.So nice to have air conditioning since we were there during a very hot few days.

Great location and great place!

We had a great stay. It was very easy to check in and out and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable!

The twin bed mattress was uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping double in the queen beds. The room the twin beds were in was much colder than the rest of the house even with the little heater that was provided.

Great place right near old town.

Not far from Old Town and CSU. Quant, older bungalow with all the needed updates. Look forward to staying there again.

Great place to stay when traveling with our dog. Look forward to staying here again next summer - great yard and great location!

Would be great for a couple.

Like the other reviews stated, the layout was a little odd. The description said AC, but all that means is there is one window AC that definitely didn’t cool the whole small house. The house could use a good deep clean and some updating. The baseboards were rather dusty, there are yellow spots on the bathroom ceiling from moisture as well as cobwebs in many places. The house wasn’t dirty by any means, just needs a good deep clean. Overall the beds were comfortable and the house served our needs.

Perfect for what we needed, great location to Old Town.
