We found substances that looked like mold and there were red and yellow stains in the bathroom. Genuinely disgusting.
My dad and I stayed at this property for 6 nights while my dog was scheduled for surgery at CSU. The property is pet friendly with a nightly fee and fenced backyard was great for her. The place was very clean and communication with host was efficient. It's an older bungalow with some definite quirks. Here are the things that weren't so great for us: - Back office space was not useable due to lack of insulation. It was entirely too cold to be there. - Washer/Dryer combo takes over 4hrs to do a cycle and clothes still wasn't dry. We ended up at the laundromat. - One of the heaters is near a bed so you get super hot if it's on. - The living room furniture is not comfortable. Beds are great however. Location was great and neighborhood was quiet and safe!
This was a perfect spot for our family of four to rent for thanksgiving. It gave us our own space so we weren’t underfoot at our relatives place. Would book again!
This charming and slightly quirky bungalow was a great homebase for us during CSU’s parent weekend. Check in process was easy and and the location was great for us. Only real complaint is that the furniture in the living room is a little worn out and uncomfortable, but was fine for our short stay. Will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.
The property is located in a nice quite neighborhood but is also close to old town. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the house that had everything we needed for our stay.
Cozy home with quirky layout. The kitchen was a little small and the clothes washer was very slow, but it was when and where we needed it at a good price. Management was very responsive to questions and the few minor issues. The snow storm was fun!
This is a cute cottage close to downtown and the Poudre trail. It is an older renovated house with only one a small bathroom. Furniture is decent but not very comfortable. Good stay and value for a couple of nights. Location is great.
This house was beautiful - fun decor, all the amenities you could ask for, very responsive owners, we had an absolute blast! We’re already planning our next trip back!
Excellent property. Clean comfortable. Close to downtown. Property manager was very responsive exceptional experience. Thank you
We enjoyed our stay very much! We were here for CSU graduation. It was a great location for the campus and to Old Town. Would definitely stay again!!
The house is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures. Not a big deal, just something others should be aware of if they're planning on more than 2 adults. It worked well for what we needed it for. No complaints!
This home is in a great location close to old town and CSU campus. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed the house and the bikes! Once we found it, it was just a short ride over to Poudre trail. Used the grill one night. Cooler was also helpful when we went on longer day trips. Only suggestions might be a bath mat in the bathroom and a few more items in the kitchen such as storage containers. Cute house in a great location!
We stayed here two nights as we were in town for our daughter's dance recital at CSU. It was a great location with everything we needed for our stay. It's a quiet street, but still close to restaurants and campus. It is an older house with updates so there are some quirky things about it, but nothing crazy. It was perfect for our stay.
