Charming Oceanview 4BR/2.5BA Cottage Directly Across from Beach Access

The short walk to the beach was wonderful. I enjoyed the pool and the Island Store across the street. The room is just right... small but functional... and clean.

This was a great place for our family! You absolutely cannot beat the beach access. It is so easy and close. The space itself is a nice setup. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable! Oh, and the outdoor seating/deck is a dream. Truly a great find! We had our family (two kids and two adults) and then two additional adults and the space was plenty.

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was very well equipped with everything you need for a weeks stay at the beach. We loved having two living areas, one for the kids and one for the adults. The wrap around porch was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the porch each night. You absolutely cannot beat the location! Less than a minute walk and your toes are in the sand!

This cottage is very easy and convenient. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The location is perfect across the street from the public access which makes walking to the beach a breeze. Awesome views from the front porch! The owner, Connie, stayed on top of every detail and was extremely responsive during their stay. Thanks for an incredible week!

Such a great long weekend with family! The property is PERFECTLY located at the beach access with roll out ability, has every beach thing you can think of including chairs, umbrella, cooler, rolling carts, etc! 2 outside showers were the hit for sure and plenty of space inside! Connie was super easy to communicate and quick with a reply! Fun time had by all!

Our family extended family has been traveling to Ocean Isle since 1990 when my son was an infant with cousins, aunts & uncles, grandparents, twin sisters (‘92) and us, of course. This year my son, his wife and his 2 year old, our grown daughters came and simply loved the house. Great location across from beach - walkway. We enjoyed dinners on the beautiful deck. The kitchen was well equipped, the layout of the house was simply fabulous. We hope to come back to this lovely home!

My family of four, my parents, aunt, uncle and nephew rented this house for a family vacation. The location could not be better. It’s literally right across the street from a public beach access. I particularly liked this one because there were no steps on the access which made it easy to use the provided beach cart to get all of your chairs and things to the beach! This part of the beach was pretty chill and beautiful. I honestly forgot there were others on the beach at times. The house was exactly what you think of when renting a beach house. Bright colors, tasteful decor and equipped with just about everything you need. Our favorite asset was the wrap around porch and outdoor seating. It was the nicest place to hang out to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink! Connie, the owner, was fantastic to work with. She was extremely responsive anytime we messaged her. Highly recommend this place to anyone of any age!

My family loved the house. We were just steps from the wedding venue and didn’t miss any of the fun. The house was well appointed and in mostly great condition. The beach toys need updates and we could have used some beach towels. Overall though a five star experience.

This house is fantastic! You are right across the street from the beach access making it very convenient to hope back and forth from the house to the beach if needed. The grocery store, ABC store, and fish market are 10mins away. Connie was so easy to communicate with, the house was clean and had all the amenities you could need. A fantastic place to come with friends and family 10/10 would recommend! We will be back!
