Charming Oceanfront Home, With Private Beach, And Stunning Views

Fantastic old home. You could not get a better location. The grandkids spent so much time in the backyard playing in the sand. We had a very nice time. We will be back.

Excellent property that I highly recommend. Location right on beach with private path. Nice firepit. Lots of great options for outside venues. Upstairs deck with view of the ocean was the best. Upstairs inside seating area with ocean views also very special. Master bedroom also very special space. Great communication and cooperation before, during and after our stay. Flexibility for arrival and departure times was greatly appreciated. I hope to see this place again.

We had a great stay at this home in Point Pleasant. The location is perfect with small children. They loved playing in the sandy back yard. The beach was a quick walk over the dune. The boardwalk is an easy walk.

This was our 5th year in a row staying at the house. There are 13 of us including myself, my husband, my children and their families. It’s a perfect location for us. Steps to the beach, not far from the boardwalk. The house is well stocked. My 5 grandchildren, ages 7, 6, 5, 5, 5 love the backyard. We also have a perfect view of the sunrise from the second floor deck. This year we had an unwelcome visitor named Erin which kept us off the beach for the latter part of our stay, but we still had a great time and made lots of happy memories. Looking forward to next year!

Second time staying at this home. Location is amazing, watched sunrise every morning, beach everyday, dolphins swimming by . Grandkids all together enjoying cousins. It’s all about family. Walk to boardwalk , mini golf, rides, games. Everyday another adventure . One complaint… it had to end! Miss it so much

Another perfect week at this perfectly located, very kid friendly and beautiful beach home. Our second go-round here and it just keeps getting better. We were 3 families plus Gaga and everyone had space to play and space to hide for quiet time.... with a so close beach which was easy to grab a kid for his afternoon nap while adult lounge in sandy yard, lower or upper deck! Can’t wait for our third go-round!!

The pictures really do not do the inside of this house justice. Two big families stayed here so comfortably. The house is decorated nicely, and the owners have it thoughtfully stocked. The beach is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the sandy back yard and fire pit.

This is the 4th year in a row we have vacationed at this house. It is perfect for our family of 8 adults and 5 young children. The location can’t be beat- right on the beach with a private walkway. The house itself is wonderful. My grandchildren and I watch the sunrise from the upper deck and the lower deck is just right for gathering for dinner and drinks. I can’t think of a better place to make great family memories. We have already booked for next year!!

Older home with some newer upgrades, but you can not beat the location. Host and Andyman the Handyman, who lives close by, were attentive to issues that did arise. Bedroom layout is ideal for close families with children. Lots of little amenities to help you enjoy your stay. We had a lovely week.
