This quaint, no frills beach cottage is steps from Middle Beach (Rocky Beach) with ocean views. A quick walk to KBIA, Edgecomb and Webhannet. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and the other has twin beds. 1 bathroom with standing shower (no tub) and second full bath. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer. No dishwasher.
The home is adjacent to an apartment above garage that is also occupied - may be rented simultaneously ($1,100 per week + ME state tax). The

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Perfect spot. Close to beaches and cottage was spotless. The only negative is the furniture needs attention to make it a bit more comfortable.Best part was the walk thru the neighborhoods. Walk along the water is nice too.

Stayed Aug 20, 2022Even though the house and the furnishings are old it is a great location on The middle Beach of Kennebunk- within a short walk to two Sandy beaches and into town and the golf course. The owner was very responsive to our questions and so helpful during our stay. We would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 29, 2020The cottage, though modest, is situated with a fabulous view and a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach. It is spacious, clean and airy but the best part is the view. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to local restaurants and other attractions.

Stayed Jul 27, 2019Emplacement of the house is perfect: 3 min from the beach. Bungalo with enough room for 5 persons makes it very easy to enjoy good times. It needs a little TLC but is comfortable. Very nice view of the ocean while sitting at dining table or in open space living room. Friendly owner is cooperative and trustfull. We had a very pleasant and worriless vacation.
