Charming North Park house, with parking and new central Air.

Nothing but good things to say about this home. Clean, well supplied and comfortable. Great location, everything you need is an easy walk. The driveway is a great bonus, street parking was consistently full. We will definitely look to rebook when we come back to San Diego.

The property is cute and was in a great location to walk to a brewery, coffee shops, a few great restaurants and An’s Laundry for Ice Cream. Also a good location for using Lyft to get to Petco, Balboa Park and the zoo. The home had a good amount of books, games, spices, etc and enough space for our family of 4 with 1 kiddo on the pullout couch. The property was not cleaned well though which was disappointing. Unwrapped granola bar behind the couch, dusty surfaces and grime on the floors made it hard to fully relax. Bathroom was very clean though! We would stay here again if the property were cleaned more thoroughly.

This Charming Cottage is the absolute best. It has everything one could need, is super comfortable and in the perfect location. The host made this place well appointed so you feel like you’re at home and not in a barren space. I cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was the perfect size for four adults and our dog. The location is very central to the San Diego attractions. We cooked breakfast everyday (the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed) and ate out for lunch/dinner. The property was located in North Park near many places to eat, drink, and shop. The house had all the things we needed for our stay.

Ismael was an excellent host and we LOVED his home! Tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a fun neighborhood to hang out in. We highly recommend it and plan on returning.

First, the con - the property is in need of a deep cleaning and general TLC. On the surface, it seems fine, but if you look a little closer you realize it needs some attention.Next, the pro's - location is excellent. Corner stores, restaurants, breweries all within walking distance. Nice neighhbors. Beds are comfortable. Easy access for getting around the larger San Diego area.

Very cute house in north park.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in North Park. The location was great, walkable to numerous breweries, food, Senior Mangos and Ans Laundrymat. Loved it had parking and it was close to everything we planned on doing in San Diego.

Had a great time visiting our son. Location was perfect. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants. House was comfortable and accommodated us very well.
