The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home with private bath, double sink and walk in shower. There's plenty of counter, drawer, and cabinet space. Bathroom towels, hair dryer, soaps, shampoo, and conditioners are available. California King size bed with nightstands, dresser, and extra fans are also included.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with dresser and walk in closet. Extra blanket and fan is included in this room also.

Bedroom 3, Bunk Room has 2 sets of bunkbeds with the bottom bunks being full and tops being twins. Large closet to store items away. Small table with plug and play features are in-between the 2 bunks.

Available by request is a queen sized, self inflating air mattress as needed and the couches in the living room are quite comfy for naps and sleep overs.

Linen closet is fully stocked with bath towels, lake/tubing towels and extra blankets.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to grill and serve wine as you watch the sunset or make breakfast and sip on fresh brewed coffee watching the sunrise. All the necessities of home can be found in this kitchen for you to use.

Kitchen pantry has a full sized front load washer and dryer, some staples for cooking, laundry pods, dryer sheets, trash bags, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, and games for all to enjoy.

The backyard has plenty of seating and entertainment for all ages. The main sitting area has end tables, coffee table, and an additional round table with chairs. Whether you are enjoying your morning cup of coffee or a chilled beverage under the string lights after tubing all day, you can enjoy it more with 2 outdoor ceiling fans or propane heater during the winter, Smart TV, swing, picnic table, grill, and firepit with chairs. You can't have a big yard with friends and family around without entertainment for all, so we've included cornhole, Jenga and a jumbo Connect Four for everyone to enjoy.

This home is great for a getaway for singles, couples, families, or a friends weekend retreat to get away from the city. There's plenty to do if you want an adventure or Dolce Far Niente is fine too!
