Charming NEW 3-BR Bungalow in Historic Downtown Wilmington…Quiet & Walkable!

The property was well appointed and the property manager was responsive.

Lindsey was responsive and accommodating. As others have said, the location is great for walking to any number of desirable spots.

We enjoyed our week stay here. The host was responsive, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. They even had a high chair and pack-and-play for our toddler. The airplanes were loud occasionally but that would be true of anywhere in downtown. We were overall very happy and would recommend this host to anyone coming to the area.

The house was so clean, cute and comfy. We loved the neighbors and location. Everyone was so friendly and we could walk downtown easily.

House was nice, had everything we needed for a quick stay. WiFi was terrible, couldn’t stay connected for long enough to do some work on my laptop so that was disappointing.

House was perfect size for our group and pets. Enjoyed being walking distance to downtown. Parking was convenient and easy. Lovely deck but, no private yard space. Neighborhood was quiet.

My family and I recently stayed here, we absolutely loved this beautiful little home. The alley was very cute and cozy too, it felt like stepping back in time a little bit. Friendly neighbors and the host is so very nice and had a great response time. Parking was simple and the house is in a perfect location, can walk anywhere in the beautiful historic district of town and the beach was a pretty short drive. My family and I will definitely be staying here again!

This house is adorable and is located in a great area of Wilmington. We enjoyed the front porch and the nice kitchen. There was a small issue getting into the house but Lindsey was helpful. Everything was great!
