Experience everything Boulder has to offer during your stay at this charming 1915 (renovated in 2023) 1500 SF 3 bedroom/3 bath/2 level townhouse. This fully furnished home is ideally located in Downtown Boulder just north of the legendary Pearl Street Mall. You will be moments away from world-class dining, fantastic shopping, and great family entertainment.
All 3 bedrooms are appointed with brand new mattresses with new white cotton sheets. There is 1 King King (dual Sleep Number mattress) bedroom with en suite bath, 1 Queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses, 1 twin sofa pull-out bed & 1 Pack 'n Play. All three bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house consists of a living area with a flatscreen TV with Netflilx/Hulu/Prime/AppleTV, and high-speed wireless internet using Google Mesh throughout the home. Sonos One speakers can also be found in the bedrooms, kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking meals with All-Clad pots & pans, Crate & Barrel dishware and cutlery, and other gourmet accouterments.
The main level where you enter includes the living area, dining room with table seating 8 and FULLY renovated kitchen and powder room. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

10 block walk to Pearl Street Mall. 8 blocks to the foothills, 3 blocks to North Boulder Park. 2 blocks to North Broadway Shopping Center where there's a neighborhood Whole Foods, Wine Merchant, Pharmacy, Bakery, Bagels shop, Coffee Shop, Florist, Dry Cleaner, and more.
As this is our primary residence (as is Boulder regulation - owner-occupied) it's unlikely we'll be able to accommodate longer than a 14 day stay.

The property was clean and updated. The kitchen was very well stocked which made cooking easy. The stay was enjoyable - in the heart of Boulder.
Updated home near Lucky Shopping center & Park. We walked & rode bikes everywhere. This was the perfect home base for our family of four adults Wonderful bedding was greatly appreciated. Window A/Cs keep it cool but are definitely “white” noise. This home is very cute!

We stayed here for a week long Boulder vacation. The house is modern and in great condition. The location is walking distance to downtown Boulder, a supermarket and a park. The host was perfect.

Good spot for two moms + three kiddos…had fun catching up with our CU Boulder freshman girls …location was easy, neighbors were sweet…giving out flower seeds ? one parking spot…washer dryer came in handy…well equipped kitchen…could use few more towels and a broom but would rent again and again. We stayed here with my son and his friend’s family to visit the college. The home is exactly like it says, super clean, spacious for 7 of us, and totally new and funky. There is also great outdoor space. It’s located near everything and very walkable to a few stores with coffee and bagels. I highly recommend this home and would love to stay again if my son gets into UCBoulder!!
