Stayed Dec 9, 2025Amenities- many daily kitchen essentials were not provided, even when requested (measuring cups and can opener, insufficient number of coffee cups for size of house…4 cups when home slept 6). Those requests (coffee maker, hair dryer, and cooking utensils) that were requested upon arrival came weeks later- almost 2 weeks after I was there for a 7 week stay. Some remote controls lacked batteries. Master bedroom wall safe was inoperable. Other basic amenities- HVAC and keyless entry worked fine. Floor plan was nice. Mattresses were not the most comfortable, but adequate. Black out curtains were a nice addition. Property manager interaction lacked prompt responsiveness- days to sometimes weeks delay to hear from him.
