What a beautiful place to stay! The house is lovely and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large covered porch and watching the ducks in the canal. Great place for families and couples. Cyndi ( the host) thought of everything!We would highly recommend! Thx again Cyndi!!

We had a wonderful stay, The house was clean and lovely. Great location to everything. We were a party at eight, and we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each couple got their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of water toys were available if we wanted them. This location is fabulous and we would come back again..

Beautiful home with a great location on Key Allegro. The patio and balcony are especially nice for family time.

Check in was easy, kitchen could use more towels and a drying rack for dishes.

We were nine adults celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and we had a great time. The house is beautiful as described. Communication went well. It was clean and although it had many amenities for water sports, we didn’t use any of that. It does say in places to please clean the gas grill, but there is no gas grill. There is a brand new one in the box, but we would never open somebody’s brand new equipment, so it remains in the box

The property was perfect!The only issue we had was when we took the kayaks out. They filled with water and caused some scare since they were far from the house when it was realized. Thankfully a neighbor with a boat drove by them and they brought them back to the house.

Everything was great, clean, and good distance from everything!

Beautiful neighborhood. The community pool was very nice and convenient (short walk) There were plenty of places to eat in Rockport and the surrounding areas.It was a very pleasant stay.We enjoyed the bench table, it was also great for playing games (which were provided by host). Also very relaxing out on the patio.

Nice clean property decorated nicely. Worked out well for our family with no kids.

*Downstairs backdoor didn’t not lock.*Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work *None of the tanks had gas, we went a purchase one tank and to our surprise the Grill did not work. Terrible condition *There was a baby cockroach between the table she the glass at the dinner

My family and I had an amazing weekend at beach house. The description of the house was accurate and definitely provide enough space throughout to never feel crowded. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

It exceeded my expectations in many ways, though we were surprised to find a few roaches in the kitchen area toward the end of our stay. The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for our group of three families. We all had a wonderful time! Personally, I had hoped for an ocean-view house, but I chose this pet-friendly home to accommodate my dad's dog.

We love this house. This is our second year in a row to book this property. The teens and younger adults LOVE the paddle boards, pedal boat and kayaks. House is always ready to go and we usually get our access information a few days before the stay. We will stay here again!

We like this house—have stayed here 3 or 4 times. If you need adequate bedroom space, this is the house. 3 bedrooms upstairs, all with queens, one queen bedroomDownstairs with en suite bath, and one bunk room that sleeps 6 childrenOnly drawback, no king bed

This is the fifth Christmas we have rented this property for our out of state family. They always enjoy their stay.

The house was emaculate, and we cou;d have been more pleased. Great weekend of golf! We would love to rent this unit again.

Great place to stay in Rockport.

Plenty for my wife and our 4 kids and their families. Grandkids love this place. Short drive to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi.

Absolutely stunning place. Everyone had plenty of room to be together or have own space. Will definitely book again

This house is amazing!!! The multiple outdoor patio areas are great for relaxing. Being the “cook” in the family I really appreciated the quality of the cookware. The extra the owners include are really nice (paddle boat, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc!). The dual washers and dryer make it easy to keep the laundry clean. We will definitely be back to this one.

I stayed here with our family for our first family vacation and it was perfect! The house was great, clean and we loved the amenities. We will definitely be coming back! Perfect house for us!
