Stayed Dec 27, 2025We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire place. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen had all we needed. It was a very cold night and some rooms were quite cold, but the bedrooms were warm!

Stayed Aug 24, 2025This was a great house and fantastic location for exploring Kennebunk and Kennebunkport! The space worked well for having a couple of generations with their own space for sleeping but big common areas. The only thing I knocked down was accuracy of the listing. Not sure if it fits exactly in this category but it was more that it’s an older / pretty rustic space and a lot of different entrances and wings to keep track of. The second floor in particular gave us pause with little kids. Overall, it has a ton of charm and has clearly been well taken care of in addition to having a prime location. We would definitely come again!

Stayed Oct 3, 2024Super nice, clean and charming cape, within easy walking distance to downtown Kennebunk and Kennebunkport. This house has plenty of bedrooms for privacy when needed and enough room on the first floor for our three couples to be able to hang out together. The house has a great firepit area, and plenty of other amenities. They even had a Cornhole (bags) game outside for us to play one evening (which was unexpected and appreciated. Really is a great home in a beautiful area.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Our group of 12 consisted mostly of couples who don't get to see each other much, and this place was perfect for our little reunion. Easy walk to SO MUCH at Dock Square. Mike's All Day Breakfast two doors down. And when we missed beach day because high tide was already in we turned it into yard day and had a blast in the yard, lounging, playing frisbee, and then using the fire pit. The living room is spacious enough to all gather, and as soon as that temp dropped to 60º or below you KNOW we were in that (well-maintained) hot tub. Also, good luck beating our high score in Pac-Man.
