Charming Huge Beach House – Where City Convenience Meets Beachside Relaxation!!!

Excellent location. Great views of the beach and especially the sunrise. The house comprises 2 separate units, one upstairs with the other below. We had 17 adults and kids total which the house was plenty big enough to accommodate. With that many people a couple of us had to sleep on pull out couches. One small thing to watch out for is that the kitchens were a little sparse except for coffee so make sure you bring all of your condiments, spices etc. if you plan on doing any cooking. The upstairs unit has a stand-alone ice maker which was great for filling coolers for the beach. Overall everyone enjoyed the stay and we will book again if we return with a large group.

The house was great. We did wish that the pool was heated and that there were better instructions as to location of things like trash bags.

This was the perfect spot for our family group. We had three generations under the roof, and this home provided just the living and sleeping spaces we needed.

This house was the perfect location for our annual staff retreat. The ocean views were gorgeous, and the location was very convenient for food and grocery delivery, as well as walking to local restaurants. We had ample space for our team of 7 and a very comfortable interior for our meetings. I wish we'd realized in advance that the house is actually two separate units that are not connected on the inside. The bottom floor is a separate unit from the upper two floors, so you have to leave the building to move between the two units. This wasn't a problem for us, but depending on your needs, I just thought it might be helpful to know this in advance. I would definitely recommend this house for large groups looking for an excellent location with great views and convenient access to the beach and local restaurants.

Amazing place! I almost wanted to give this a bad review because of how much fun we had and how this seemed like a perfect hidden gem of Jacksonville. Couldn't have loved the beachfront location more!

If you're anything like us,we want a REAL review! This is a great house in a super location with lots around to do but this house is in need of some general care. It seems they really aren't putting money back into the home. The main level ice maker didn't work and the owner has been aware but has yet to fix it. The large master loft is really private and has TONS of space. We found multiple outlets that don't work, only the upper or lower receptacle, the toilet and shower could use some attention. And if you intend on sleeping in, you better bring an eye mask for the master because the sunrise comes DIRECTLY onto the bed in the morning. Sure, it's gorgeous but not at 6am when it's blinding me. If I owned this home, I'd actually add another bedroom and bathroom up there and move the closet to the small circular windowed room and add a lovely coffee bar upstairs too. There's so much wasted space. If you enjoy sitting on the porch in the morning with your family, there is certainly no place for it. The side porches are great but definitely not enough room for more than 2 adults. The upstairs master deck isn't equipped with enough chair space for anyone to use. It's honestly pretty useless. The best place to sit and drink coffee while watching the waves is on the main level. We actually moved the extra couches so the entire family could sit and view the ocean. The pool area is great but if you like to be under shade, we recommend bringing a pop up umbrellas are trashed

We had an amazing stay at this stunning beach house in Jacksonville Beach. This spacious 7-bedroom home spread across two floors was perfect for our group of five, providing ample room for everyone. Each of us enjoyed a queen or king-size bed and our own private bathroom, adding to the comfort and convenience. Every morning, we woke up to breathtaking views of the pool, ocean, and a beautiful sunrise. One of our favorite spots was the second-floor sitting area with its three large windows overlooking the Atlantic—an absolutely peaceful place to start or end the day. The elevated outdoor seating areas also provided spectacular ocean views, making them perfect for relaxing during the day or in the evening. The location of the house was unbeatable. It was just a 10-15 minute walk to the main area of Jax Beach, full of lively bars and restaurants, and driving anywhere for essentials was a breeze. We were in town for a football game in Jacksonville on Saturday but also wanted to enjoy some downtime, take in the beautiful weather, and explore nearby attractions—all of which we did with ease. This house matched our expectations and provided us with a memorable and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach getaway with easy access to local activities and sights!

The house is very nice with plenty of bedrooms to suit a large family like mine. We had all three floors and took advantage of the space. My only “issue” is that the property could use some love and attention. Some of the doors were dirty, a door knob fell off in our hands, the pots and pans are old and need to be replaced. With some fixes and updates, this property will be top notch.

Our family of 10 adults 3 teenagers and 4 children had a wonderful experience! The house was roomy and very comfortable. Pool was perfect. The view of the beach was amazing! Jax Beach is the best beach for a family vacation! Would love to stay here again.
