Villa Es Pinar, a typical Mallorcan summer house, adapted for holiday rentals, has three double bedrooms, and a private pool, located just 1.5 km from the virgin beach of s´Amarador. you will repeat !!
The house has three double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a bathroom and a toilet, sheets and towels.
The house is located in a completely residential neighborhood, where there are no noises or hotels or bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants are in Santanyí, 5 km from the house, S´Amarador beach 1.5 km from the house.
You will need a rental car to move around the area, public transport does not reach the area of the house. You can park the car on the street, in front of the house or in the same yard of the house.
You will have a 24-hour telephone during your entire stay and an office 15 km from the house for your questions or queries, we will always be at your disposal for you to have a pleasant stay.
