This warm and cozy, newly renovated, 1450 sqft space is beautifully well-appointed with luxe furnishings, down duvets and linens, and a large furnished covered patio and grill for after-hours entertainment. The house is walking distance to Historic Downtown Allen and Allenwood Park.

Chateau Umlauf is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping, and Highway 75, and less than 10 minutes from the Sam Rayburn and George Bush Tollways.

The house features a well-stocked kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining area, sitting room with bar, game/media room with a 75 television and game table, and 2 uncovered parking spaces. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, and is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay. You will have no contact with the host unless you make an on-site request.

Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the short-term rental market policies. Rest and play easy - no cameras in any inside private areas. Your privacy is important.

Absolutely NO smoking inside or around the house.
Quiet hours are enforced by the City of Allen between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. so please be respectful of your neighbors. Any violation of house rules will result in immediate termination of your stay.
