Charming home with deck, crib, yard, 5-person hot tub - 1 dog OK, walk to beach

Great home in a nice quiet location - it is a wonderful well equipped, was spotless home and very comfortable. It was easy to arrange a stay, and we appreciate that it was dog friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, the hot tub was a great bonus. Highly recommend. And would rent again

Everything was as expected. House was sparkling clean with plenty of towels, little amenities, etc. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome. Perfect for a little getaway!

Cottage was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking and shopping.

The home was in an exceptionally quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. We stayed in for a few meals and found the kitchen very well equipped for our needs. The rooms of the home were very nice sized with 2 bedrooms. We thought that the infant crib was a really nice touch for a young family that may be traveling. The home served well as home base for us, as we took day trips to several lighthouses, rocky shores and towns of Kennebunkport and Portland. Hot tub was wonderful to return to after a long day of walking. Owner of the home was very quick to respond to the few questions that we had. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quaint house in a nice area, amenities were as listed. The fire pit and hot tub were an added bonus. 15 minutes from Kennebunkport and short drive to beach to see the beautiful sunrise.

Just right for the 2 of us and our son’s dog, who stayed with us at the last minute. Nice backyard for her to roam around and the hot tub and deck were great. Very homey.

My partner and I had a great week here with our little dog. There was plenty of yard for our dog to enjoy and plenty of patio space for us to enjoy too, plus a hot tub! The house is quite comfy inside with two comfy beds, a nice couch, two comfy swivel/rocking armchairs and a crib (which we didn’t need, but it looked like a very nice one). There’s and indoor shower/tub combo and an outdoor shower with a bench. I found the outdoor shower very useful for bathing the dog after taking him to the beach one night. I assume it’s mostly there for rinsing before and/or after getting in the hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised to find a seemingly brand new dishwasher in the kitchen. The listing said there wasn’t one, so that was nice! All in all, this was a great place to stay for a week while catching up with friends and visiting the beach!

Stayed for four nights with our dog. Place was clean, fully equipped, and close to everything you need! Our dog loved hitting the beach early in the morning and a beach pass was included! Easy access to lots of shops and fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot to relax while being close to adventure if wanted!

We came up from Boston with our dog for four nights. Home has everything you need for a comfortable beach stay, including a beach pass for the nearby beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. Excellent location near beaches, shops, and restaurants. Not walkable in the summer heat, but just a very short drive. Our dog loves running on the beach in the morning and we enjoyed relaxing at the beach in the afternoons. Check in and out was very clear and easy. Would definitely stay again!

We appreciated the proximity to the beach, the provided crib and toys, and the on-site ammenities such as the hottub and outdoor shower. Would definitely recommend to others!

Loved the property & location but there was a weird neighbor Nextdoor we caught spying on us with a flashlight out of their window at night, made us feel very uncomfortable being a mom alone with her kids, luckily nothing further happened but I did not sleep well that night! Home is beautiful and functional! Hot tub was amazing and very clean! Snow was only shoveled partially which made it slightly difficult but we understood due to the recent storms, all in all was a great getaway, the nearby beaches were gorgeous!

Very sweet house. Outdoor shower was my favorite. The bed in the second bedroom is very small. Outside amenities were not clean. Grill and fire pit

Prime location, close to everything in town & beaches! The house had everything we needed and early check in was a huge 5 stars for us since we had 2 little kids and they wanted to start vacation right away :) house was perfect, we would absolutely stay again. Glad it was dog friendly to accommodate our little family vacation. Great trip and great house!

Newly renovated back yard was the perfect addition to the old school main charm.

Awesome time!! Outdoor shower was out of commission but that didn’t make or break the trip, just minor inconvenience. Other amenities make up for this issue. Checked all our boxes: kid friendly (toys and crib), beach stuff, fire pit, hot tub, and dog friendly. Stay here, you won’t regret it.

I had to have surgery and live 2 hours north. This gave us easy access to my appointments and a comfortable resting place after surgery. Thank you so much. The house and yard are lovely.

Rented this home for 2 nights. Had everything we needed, no concerns. Peaceful back yard for morning/evening nature watching. Hot tub was a very nice touch. Easy check-in. Good A/C, which I've learned is about 50/50 in Maine. That was a very welcomed sight! Only *very* minor issue was bed size. They're on the smaller size, but that's nitpicking. Great home!

Home, spotlessly, clean and in a wonderful quiet location. a lovely private backyard which we enjoyed sitting on the deck.

Lovely location and amenities

This property was the perfect size for our family of 4 and small dog. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials (kitchenware, towels, blankets). We were able to enjoy both the hot tub and fire pit, and there was lots to do nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights for a family spring vacation. We already loved this area of Maine so having a house in this location was perfect for us to explore the local beaches, restaurants and trails. The house was perfect for our small kids and well equipped for all of our needs. It was clean, comfortable and cozy & situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. Having access to laundry was also super helpful! Would definitely recommend!
