Stayed Sep 12, 2025This was a match made in heaven for a family with kids aged 4-10! There were so many crafts, games, and activities to do with the kids that were provided in the basement by the host, along with a toy box and kids books to read in the living room connected to the deck. The basement was perfect for them to run around. And the host even provides a gate for the stairs for littles and the fenced in yard was A GOD SENT! The deck was perfect for peaceful nights after the kids were in the bed. There was plenty of room for my whole family. The host was super flexible and clear in their expectations! We had an absolute blast and would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025Molbec Retreat was a perfect spot for my son and I to stay while he was at SSM for camp. The house was very homey, clean, organized, and had all the amenities that we needed. A perfect blend of craftsmanship with modern updates. A huge bonus was being able to park in the garage. Rebecca was very responsive to my questions about Faribault. We would stay again!

It was very spacious but my favorite spot was reading by the cozy electric fireplace. The house was lovely and very clean. The bowl of snacks and teas were thoughtful welcoming touches.
