Charming Home on the mainstream of the Au Sable River...

Peaceful location with beautiful views, and it’s exceptionally clean!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The host was very responsive to questions and the property was properly adorned for stays. The river views were very peaceful and the amount of wildlife that crossed in and out of the property was delightful. On the list of stay again.

Exceptionally clean, quiet, and dog friendly property with a beautiful location and fantastic neighbors! The location is perfect for our needs. No more hotels/motels for us when traveling to Grayling.

This was our fifth time staying here, it’s perfect for us.

Peaceful setting-very clean-great firepit

This is a very nice property! It is well equipped and very clean!! The beds are comfortable as is the living room furniture and we wanted for nothing. The view is spectacular and the outdoor back patio is beautiful with a picnic table, chairs available in the garage and a great fire pit. There is very little river activity so it was peaceful and the wildlife is abundant. Linda communicated quickly when I emailed her but there was no need to reach out to her once we arrived. Would definitely go back!

The property is wonderful, beautiful, and in a peaceful setting. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great place

I wanted to get away and disconnect from work and every day stress and this is the place to do that! A quiet and happy birthday!!

This cabin and property was just breathtaking. Beautiful scenery and the pictures don’t do it justice. Definitely will be back again! Very clean cabin and the driveway was freshly plowed after fresh snowfall. Close to Trail 7 for snowmobiling.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful relaxing stay. Kayaked from the cabin to town, and enjoyed the patio and river. The cabin is very well appointed, clean and comfortable.

This is our second time at the river house and we will definitely be staying here every time we come to Grayling. Just look at all of the repeat visitors you find in the reviews and it is easy to see that this is a great house.

We were very impressed with the house. It was in a quiet neighborhood with access to the river from the back yard. There was a lot of wildlife to be seen as you are just outside of town. The hosts were very helpful as they provided tips to help us find some other places to fish.

Everything was wonderful and exceeded our expectations from the check in, location, abundance of wildlife, the fire pit and the view right from the kitchen table. Would recommend it any day! Thank you Scott and Linda for allowing us to stay at your place.

We have a very pleasant stay. The river is peaceful and lovely, the cottage is clean and well appointed, and the beds are comfortable. Five stars!
