Stayed Apr 10, 2026This was one of the cleanest, most well equipped vrbos I have ever stayed in. The hosts had so many extras like a coffee bar, spices, and condiments available to use. The house was so clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a place close to the lake or need a great place to stay in Monroe City. If you are a light sleeper I do suggest earplugs or a noise machine due to the proximity to the railroad tracks.

Stayed Aug 22, 2025Super cute! Really impressed with the conviencence of the items they supplied. Small quiet neighborhood but with trains in the backyard which we had no problem with it and it wasn't loud inside. About 20 minutes, from Indian Creek Marina. Cute town in close proximity to Hannibal MO.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024House was close in proximity to everything we wanted to do ben franklins sweet water the lake and Quincy shopping. The house is very clean decor was excellent. Most well stocked VRBO I've ever stayed in. Covered patio was a fun place to hang out.
