Charming Home in Prescotts Historic District. Less than a mile from Whiskey Row.

I have been to this cottage several times and keep coming back. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very dog friendly. My pups and I enjoy walking under the well shaded streets with tall trees and seeing so much wildlife. The parking is in the backyard which allows you to drive right up to the back door to unload your luggage. I live where it’s too hot to walk very far in the summer the cooler temperatures in Prescott allow me to walk downtown for the music and dining. Be sure to have a chicken pot pie from Pangea Bakery when you visit....yum.

Lovely, clean home in a nice, walkable neighborhood. This home was very comfortable to stay in and had all the amenities needed. Our dog was welcomed to stay there and the yard was fenced in. Close to the historic Whiskey Row. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect—an easy walk to downtown. This house is charming and historic as described. There is a lot of care and thought put into accommodations. The kitchen is fully equipped, very nice, and the house is very clean. The decor is antique with so many features to admire. Although we don’t have pets, there is a nice yard area for them. We really did enjoy our stay and we look forward to coming back again.

Everything met and exceeded our expectations. Our host (Sara) is very organized and communication was excellent! Bed was quite comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Looking forward to visiting again. :)

Great house with so many amenities and a cute functional retro kitchen. Walking distance to Park Plaza and downtown Prescott. The hosts are very responsive to messages. Spotless house with cozy towels and beds. Great outdoor area and grill too!

My girlfriend and I came up to Prescott for a girls getaway to do some Christmas shopping and hiking. This darling home was perfect for us and the details inside made it so cozy and extra charming. They had snacks, coffee for us, the beds were comfortable and the refrigerator/oven/stove and microwave were all retro to the 50’s style home. We loved it all. The exterior was just as idyllic.Thank you and we will be back!!Teresa

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's has a nice private fenced yard. This home is clean and spacious. The host is amazing and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns. My husband and I have stayed here on several occasions and we're looking forward to visiting in the future.

My Mom and I took our 2 small dogs to Prescott to relax for a few days and we were so happy that we chose the perfect house to stay in! The entire house was spotless, all the furniture so comfortable and absolutely loved all the little touches to make it feel like home. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, all the neighbors were very friendly while we were walking our dogs. We even got to see a deer jump right into the front yard. The location was perfect, very close to downtown. The host's were quick to answer when I had questions upon booking. We will definitely be staying here again!

The best place we've stayed in the 8 years going and visiting Prescott. Won't be booking anywhere else from now on.

I have stayed at this lovely home in Prescott a few times and have never been anything but content. This time it was over the 4th of July holiday. My dogs were with me so I was worried about the noise of fireworks. But this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Not one firecracker! The house was very clean. I was delighted to see red, white and blue decorations on our fence for a festive touch. Great holiday.

The house was immaculate and presented as described in the listing. Very close to many activities, including Whiskey Row and hiking trails. The owner gave very clear instructions about how to operate everything and what to do when one leaves. Would highly recommend for 2-4 people.

The house was bigger than we imagined, which we were thrilled to see. We had absolutely everything we needed, thank you Sara & Robert. We looked for a 'pet friendly' house and this met our needs! The house was clean, welcoming, and had that 'old' charm feel to it, including the nostalgia kitchen appliances. The location was perfect for us...including not being far from Whiskey Row, which was something we hadn't planned on visiting. So glad we took the time to visit Whiskey Row. I would recommend this home to anyone seeking to have the perfect location for a getaway.
